I ordered from them twice, first on valentines day and the next time on the anniversary. On the first order, they did not have a card and the flowers were pale and did not last a day. Given it was valentines day, I did not raise any complaints and just ignore the bad quality. The second time was bad again as it was very different from what I ordered. When I raised a complaint, they replied saying that "Slight variation" is possible. For sure, I am not going to order from them.

Very bad customer service order the cake for women’s day never arrived even after 2 days no one contacting and all the guest awaiting. There is no commitment or time value for them also the emotions of someone. Terrible this was 5th time I order even after year the same delay and bad service.will never use it again for sure

You guys are a big liar who works with total dishonesty with customers. The items that you've sent is not the item that you've in display:
No. 1 - Cake consists of 7 Ferrero Rocher in MyFlowerTree display while the cake I received had only 4 Ferrero Rocher.
No. 2 - It was not the same cake and size that was in display.
No. 3 - Birthday card was missing.
No. 4 - My message was missing on the cake.

More Critical Lies and Dishonesty Towards Customers:
1. Item need to be delivered on 8th March 9-10PM but it got delivered at 9th March 6 o clock.
2. I opt for express delivery but you guys not able to provide delivery in express.
3. At 12:30 am at night you posted status on Track Order online that your items will be delivered tomorrow on 9th March.

You guys totally wasted and disrespect my family member birthday that need to be celebrated on 9th March exact 12 o clock at night but you guys just made a joke on that. You guys were not even concerned to inform and just telling lies again and then and not even accepting your mistake.

You guys are disgusting in each and every manner, but not accepting your mistake and what are you even charging for because you are not able to fulfil the promises you make for which customer pays you. This is not the joke going on, this is the business where you need to understand the concern of the customers.

Your company, your customer service representatives are totally working with dishonesty, totally disrespectful to customers, doing cheating and fraud with customers with giving wrong items and not giving some items that customers has paid for.

I want my full amount back for this order anyhow. I don't want to listen to your lies and dishonesty in all your words. I would not recommend anyone to use your dishonest services where you cheat people.

Call me tomorrow on critical priority and pay be back my full amount that I have paid for this item. Totally unsatisfied the way you treated me and the way you made my family member birthday in a mess.

You should put status on your website "If you want your b'day to get messed, please order the cake and gifts from our website. "

Don't ever trust MyFlowerTree and never put your money and emotional investment in placing an order via them. They have the worst customer service team, no commitment to the order delivery date/time, always the orders are delayed leaving customers like me frustrated. There is no one accountable to update you why the order is delayed. They just want to earn your money and let you suffer

Terrible company, Terrible service ! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I've made 5 orders from this company and each time there has been an issue either with time, order not being delivered or with the quality of the product. REFRAIN from ORDERING with this company.

Worst delivery ever i faced for this feb 14 , i want to surprise my love but i got surprised by delivering my order on 16 feb which is supposed to deliver on14 feb with faulty gift .

Order placed on 14th February'2023 which was not delivered.Upon query, they updated system as product delivered.what a FAKE company this is?? Useless customer service group and people talking to customer doesn't have proper etiquettes to deal with customers, especially Priya, Anu , Diksha and Priyandarshini.These are customer service ppl who are such a waste. Diksha disconnected the phone in between which is unethical and rude to a customer. I guess there is no proper management to control such cases and I believe entire company is focusing on how to cheat their customers.Such a SHAME!!

Fraud Alert! This company simply takes money from people and never delivered the product. Fake company with fake number for customer support.

Such a fraud company. I ordered flowers to be delivered on 14th Feb, by 9pm. At 9.45pm delivery person called the receiver (who has no idea that they're going to receive flowers) that he won't be able to deliver flower today but he will deliver them by next night and also told that he is marking the order complete so while tracking it will show as delivered.
And I was tracking the order and it was marked delivered but that was the fake updation from delivery person.
I raised the complaint on the same day, and its been 5 days and still haven't got any update. Also, they have no customer service/helpline/live chat where you can talk to them, the number shown on the website isn't working. Pathetic service. My complain number was 1155884. Service chosen for Dehradun.
I never post reviews for any company, but had to do this time.

I ordered valentine's gift from the site "MYFLOWER TREE" on 14th Feb and the order was not delivered by them and no one even contacted me either via phone or email. I had tried to contact them on the customer care number many times, but their number was always busy. Then I tried to contact FB on the 17th of Feb where I asked them to refund my money and they sent the delivery.

I have refused to accept the order because I clearly told them I want the refund, not the order and the same has been told to the vendor delivery person. He connected me with the Myflower tree team, and I have said the same to them. But again, they said a refund is not possible and you only refused to accept the order.

They are total scammers and fake and I have done FIR against them on the Local police station and Cybercrime website.

I had ordered a gift from Myflowertree on 14 Feb yesterday ( order ID 1153475) and the delivery was supposed to be done same day before 2100 hrs. Today is the second day and so far the delivery is not done. Customer care doesn't work, no way to get the status. Written complaints are not responded. I don't know whether it will ever be delivered or am I going to loose my money. There's is no way to get refund done. I have not seen such a horrific portal in my life and I regret as it has spoiled my day. By checking other reviews, now I am convinced that this is a fraud portal and need to be reported to the consumer court and law enforcement agencies.

I have placed two order yesterday and none of them delivered yet. They took extra Rs 99 for the same delivery for each order. Now the occasion is over , there is no point of receiving the order. so I went to the website to cancel my order and found that it dont provide any option to cancel the order, I reached out to customer care but none of them pick the phone. Its a pathetic experience and seems like a fraud company

I'm wondering whether this company has the right to do business. My first most regretful experience happened with this site yesterday 14th Feb and till now I don't know about the status of my order on 15th Feb. (order I'd 1150518). No help desk response and false email confirmations. Even no window to cancel the order. Pls think twice before placing any order on this site

Worst service. Ordered a plant and it was showing same day delivery. Even after that they took 98rs extra for same day delivery. Even after paying the amount, package was not delivered. And no response from cx service as well. My money is simply lost. No package, no response. They have opened the website just to loot people. Please never use this site. Thank you.

I had ordered from this site on valentines Day.. They did not deliver my order.. out of blue moon changed the date to next day. (although i paid extra for same day delivery). No tracking system.. No call centre.. They don't lift calls... Such a stupid site... Don't at all order from this site and waste ur money

yesterday is a valentine day and i ordered something for my wife from their website. and you should tell this nonsense to someone else that you and your delivery person are making excuses. if you have the address then why didn't you deliver it. i wanted to surprise my wife and you guys surprised me.
what to do with that parcel on the second day, it is a valentine gift from me to you and your team keep it and return my money to me.

There is no option of 0 star, that's why giving 1 star. Extremely bogus and pathetic gift delivery website.
Will never again order anything again from here.
