We recently purchased the Kids' Ottoman Storage Bed Base and mattress from My Child's Room, and I must say, we're highly impressed with both the product and the service.

Initially, we encountered a minor issue during the first delivery with the bed installation. However, the company owner showed remarkable proactive measures to rectify the situation promptly. They sent out another fitter to assess the problem, and upon identifying the issue, they swiftly arranged for a replacement to be sent out.

Throughout the process, communication was excellent, and I felt reassured by their responsiveness and commitment to resolving the matter satisfactorily. Sent swatches quickly and I ordered the bed which arrived within the timescale. Delivery was great and although only used once so far the bed seems sturdy.

Bed took a little longer than the 7-14 days anticipated but worth the wait. High quality bed and really good price compared to other mainstream companies. Once I was given the delivery date was kept informed via WhatsApp.

From the outset, this company were excellent to deal with. They sent swatches promptly & the gentleman on the phone was happy to explain the differences in fabric. Also, he was patient & answered all my other queries ( there were MANY)
Although this company markets as ‘My Child’s Room’ their beds are also suitable for adults, there is no compromising on quality.
Due to a hospital admission, I needed my delivery within a shorter timeframe than quoted & they were most helpful & ensured I had my bed in time.
The couriers were professional, respectful of my home ( wiped their feet, it was raining & muddy outside) friendly & did their job well.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

I was due to have my bed delivered and realised I ordered the wrong size, they were on hand straight away to talk with me and rectify my mistake, they got the other size bed sent out in the exact same time which I was over the moon about!

The team at Childsroom were brilliant. They were easy to communicate with. I bought a single ottoman's style bed with mattress. The price was very good and so was the quality of the bed. Delivery was within 10 days of ordering.

Really pleased with the overall service I received. Email communication good and answered any queries.
Bed took around 3 weeks to arrive and is good quality with a lovely plush velvet finish. Orthopaedic mattress is also of a high quality and very comfy.
Delivery was on a Saturday and driver was brilliant kept me well informed of timings etc and could not have been more helpful when he arrived.

I bought the Chesterfield Buttoned Fabric Upholstered storage ottoman. The design is beautiful and it is the perfect fit for my boys bedroom.

Everything from the start to finish has been amazing with this company. I am over the moon with my little girls bed, it looks amazing, is good quality and was a very reasonable price. They even messaged me after the delivery to make sure everything was okay! I will be using them again in the future and highly recommend!

Bought the Chesterfield Buttoned Fabric Upholstered Low Headboard with Kids Ottoman Storage Bed Base, was very pleased when it arrived. It took about 4 weeks to arrive which is fantastic as it’s all made to order I believe. Quality of build was high, and the fabric looks beautiful in person (pink).
