We have had an awful experience
We have had an awful experience. We purchased a van in June 2024, the very first time we drove it there was a fault just have been visible by the delivery driver. We have now not had the van since September 2024. This has cost us financially and resulted in a lot of stress.
Formal complaint sent on 3rd December and no response, just multiple phone calls fobbing us off. This is still ongoing with no end in sight!

She listened, worked with her team and quicker than I expected came up with a van. EVERYTHING we wanted, very nice van. Again clear communication working our way through from MWVC getting to delivery to us yesterday. The whole process was made easy by Gabby's help.
