We’re sorry to hear that your vehicle was delivered in a condition that was not up to the expected standard. This is certainly not how we want our vehicles to be presented at the point of delivery. Had we been made aware of the issue at the time, we would have done our best to offer further support and help resolve this for you.
In regard to the mileage on your vehicle, as the vehicle had been driven prior to delivery, the delivery mileage was 500 miles. Your finance agreement will commence based on the mileage recorded at the point of delivery to you.
We also apologise for any missed communication regarding your payments. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. However, if you would like us to look into this further on your behalf, please contact our Customer Relations team at customerrelations@mwvc.co.uk.

I enquired about a Ford Transit Custom…
I enquired about a Ford Transit Custom advertised at £251.83 + VAT per month.
After speaking with Henry in the sales team, the monthly price increased to £297, and after completing the finance application it increased again to £457 per month.
I was later told this was because my business is newly established and has only been trading for a few months. I completely understand that finance is subject to status and that newer businesses may not qualify for the headline rate.
My disappointment is that this wasn’t explained from the outset. Had I been told that a newly established business was unlikely to qualify for the advertised rate, it would have saved everyone a lot of time and avoided raising expectations.
I was also told that my application would be submitted to see if a better outcome could be achieved. Unfortunately, after that I heard nothing further. I wasn’t updated or contacted with any outcome and was left to assume the matter had simply been dropped.
Overall, I found the process disappointing. The staff were polite, but I believe there needs to be much greater transparency about who is actually likely to qualify for the headline prices that are advertised, along with better communication throughout the process.
