MUTU System Arvostelua 

I’m on module 3 of the programme and so far I think it’s excellent as am seeing improvement with my pelvic floor since giving birth 10 weeks ago. I’ve been doing the programme for around 5 weeks. I really like how the programme gradually builds from the daily core exercises to adding intensive workouts. As my baby is so young I’m finding it hard to fit the intensives in so am taking my time to work through modules. Great additional content included such as food recommendations and content related to physiology. Giving 4 stars as haven’t finished the programme yet so not sure if my pelvic floor will go completely back to pre birth which is my goal.

I have come back to MUTU over and over through the years after my third child. It has now been 7 yrs and I still go back to this. It really helped me when I was a post partum mom who didnt know what I should do to get my pelvic floor in better shape. When Wendy did the DVDs I used to do that one as well. I love that it is interactive now. I definitely recommend this program if you are looking for something to get you back into the groove of things.

I love MUTU and wish I heard of it years ago. I’m on week five of the program and have definite, visible improvements with my core. As far as the program, the basis of it is deep, gentle abs and pelvic floor work, a lot of which I recognize from physical therapy. Walking, short HIIT workouts, and a food plan make up the rest, as well as an emphasis on alignment. I find the program easy to follow, and the progress and strength I’ve gained so far make this easy to continue. I’d recommend this for anyone who has DR or is looking to gently improve core strength.

I was very excited to start this program however the payment did not go through and then when I attempted it this morning its now telling me there are issues with my log in.
I am unsure now whether I want to proceed after looking at similar reviews regarding customer service and log in issues!
I am also hoping that after several attempts to make payment they now don't take multiple payments.

They need a phone line!!!!

So very happy with MUTU. I wish I did it after my first pregnancy. All the videos were extremely helpful and went at a pace I felt good about.

I can't actually comment on how well the exercises work as I keep getting locked out my account. Initially there was an issue with payment, I contacted them and had no response. It rectified itself and then I got locked out again. Even though they have taken the full years subscription, they keep locking me out and no one responds to my emails, social media messages etc. I wish I had read the reviews about customer service before I signed up, because if you encounter a problem they just ignore you and take your money anyway. I've paid the full years subscription and yet had my access to my account removed. It's a scam and I will be contacting my bank for a refund.

I spend more then 1h trying to order the product but the website didn´t work. In the beginning it was not possible to choose the "monthly" option, then it wasn´t possible to apply the coupon, then my card didn´t get accepted. In the end I decided that if it starts like this, its better to not have it start at all.

This is a very well thought out layout of a well researched program. My pilates/eldoa/hypopressives teaching friend who knows so much about bodies recommended it to me, and she doesn't recommend much! I've been impressed with how gentle it is at the start, really building your strength without compromising your pelvic floor.

On balance I am very happy with the MUTU system I find the guidance and videos helpful and I think the pace suits me. I am taking supplements and watching
my diet to avoid triggers which irritate my bladder and together I think these are making a positive difference.
It is early days as I am just onto the first month.
I note that some other users have had difficulties with cancelling their subscriptions I sought to change the annual fee to monthly and managed to arrange this by messaging. What I was shocked at was the cost of moving from annual to monthly as it works out over twice the amount. I would ask that MUTU take a look at their charging system as it may be not be affordable for those who are on a limited income. I think the system excludes some of us who are on a budget e.g. women who are on maternity leave and pensioners (like myself).

Love this program. They make it fun and easy to move through the modules, and the exercises help so much! I had 4 finger wide diastasis recti, and it has gone down to 1 finger wide. My leaking has resolved and my back pain disappeared. I highly recommend!

Started the trial, didn’t use the system. Attempted to cancel the subscription but they make it impossible, the website is a minefield. They took the full year subscription money and when I spoke to customer service, having never used the system, they refused to help or refund me even though I haven’t and don’t intend to use the system. Complete scam.

Mutu really helped me after my first baby was born as I had diastasis Recti. I’ve also used it in following pregnancies to avoid my pelvic girdle pain and strengthen my core safely. It’s super easy to follow and implement.

Should explain its a lot of floor based excercises. People who are older or have poor mobility can not use this system. Excercise box had to prove who I was even though this was not asked for on sign up anywhere needed a valid form of ID to cancel an order. Feel it kind of misleads you. Nothing really new in my opinion. I would advise to do your research lots of free programs that in my opinion would do the same thing including the NHS website.

This program is well thought-out and streamlined. A lot of the recommendations are nothing ground-breaking, but it is nice to have it in a supportive and emotionally intelligent format!

Listen and follow the program for as long as you can and you will notice a difference in how you feel. It really works and I am so glad I finally signed up after around a year of procrastination

I signed up to mutu in the early days after having two children. I was motivated to get my DR back together and the exercises worked. Now I use mutu for support with PF, strength, core and general stretching and moving. Slow and steady is always best and that's why I like it. Lots of advice on nutrition, posture, support and guidance. Easy to follow. Already recommended to friends. Love it.

I have seen amazing progress and they are so helpful!
