We booked an Umrah package and a visit to Pakistan as part of the same trip for our family. There were quite a few flights involved. Abul Rehman did an amazing job managing the whole journey, including flights, hotels, and transportation from Jeddah to Makkah, then to Madinah, and finally to Madinah Airport. The service from Abul Rehman was excellent throughout. I would happily recommend MHT and Abul Rehman for arranging and booking your Umrah package.

Voco Makkah Hotel was amazing — their customer service and overall service were excellent.

The transport companies also provided an excellent service. They kept in contact before every journey and were always on time.

Unfortunately, there was one let-down — the service provided by Saja Al Madinah Hotel. The room was tiny, with five beds crammed into a quad room, and the bathroom was not fit for purpose. I would not recommend Saja Al Madinah at all. Normally this would have reduced my overall rating by one star, but I am keeping MHT at 5* because Abul Rehman was always on hand to help whenever we needed it.

Had an amazing experience, especially from Ulfat Ali. This is the second time my family have used the company for an Umrah package. They have been amazing and very accommodating. I would highly recommend.

It was a bad experience with Muslim holy travel
Mum is a heart failure patient diabetic type 2 wheelchair
arrived at infinity hotel Makkah to check in no booking for us was told by receptionist there no rooms available then I had to go find us hotel 3 hour’s back & fourth distressing situation to be in mum & wife waiting in the waiting areas of infinity hotel had administrate insulin in overcrowded area not nice
Any way ended up saying again to stay at infinity hotel Makkah tried ringing agent mr Mohammed Faisal muslim holy travel manager no response absolute nightmare
He is telling me to go to a hotel 5 star voco Makkah hotel went twice in a taxi
No rooms available absolutely disgusting the way this company and it’s management has treated us I have pictures of the hotel in very poor condition rooms water leaking in the shower area medina the accommodation was very poor dampness water leaking in the shower area very dangerous for anyone do this day I have not received any refunds for the hotel or the taxi fare
Not even received a apology from the Muslim holy travel I used this company for this first time friend of the family recommend them MRS IFFAT CHOWDRY from Huddersfield the worst experience ever never known a company like it or a agency customer care is 0% anyone booking with is company think again please we don’t want other families with elderly people to have the terrible experience & be stranded

We just came back from umrah allhamdulillah the service was so amazing by brother tanveer he helped me through the strat and advice me helpful information as this was my first visit for umrah. We didn't face any problems everything was so good.
