Music City Gifts Arvostelua

I was surprised and pleased with the customer service we received when an out of stock item needed to be substituted. The owner really cares about customers and I will definitely order again if need be.
Thanks!

International shopping still feels a bit risky, but this is a company one can rely upon. Good services and good prices, you know what you will receive and it will arrive as soon as possible, well wrapped.

I collect most of the Painted ponies ornaments of the miniature horses for my daughter. . She has always had a love affair with horses, and once co owned with her husband the largest thorough bred farm in California.

Music City Gifts was one of the very few sights that carry the print I was looking for.
I was pleased with the accuracy of the delivery estimate and the package arrived undamaged. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

because the piece I was purchasing was a collectible (not new), I called first to ask about the condition. I was told it was in great condition had the box and the tag. All of which was true. However, when my order arrived, there was a small piece that was broken off. I just wish this information would have been disclosed as well.

The subject line says it all.

The Wizard of Oz figurines I purchased were of better quality and detail than I expected. These figurines would make suitable Christams ornaments--and I am very pleased with them. Thanks for a quality product and speedy delivery.

I ordered a small figurine of the Witch from the Wizard of OZ. It arrived just a couple of days later, nicely boxed and wrapped. Really great service and beautiful product.

I ordered a Jim Shore Xmas ornament. It arrived just as promised and in authentic Jim Shore box. The item was perfect. No problems. I would order from Music City Gifts again.

The ordering process was easy. Prices were good. Delivery was quick.

Hi,
This is my first time using this site, I've placed in order on the 31 Jan and my package said it won't be deliver until the 12 Feb. I think the delivery is taking way to long to arrive.

These guys have been a great help in building a horse collection for my daughter. They do not hesitate to call if there are any questions about the order. Everything has been packaged very carefully and has arrived promptly. I will continue to be a valued customer of to Music City Gifts.

I received my picture a day or two in advance of what I expected. Thanks for the quick turnaround!

I had an issue with the Post Office returning a package because the P. O. Box wasn't on the package, even tho it wasn't Music City Gifts problem or issue, Laura went above and beyond the call to get the shipment back out as soon as possible. Because of that I will always use Music City Gifts whenever possible.

I ordered a PAINTED PONIE SET and each and every ponie is in EXCELLENT CONDITION! Very pleased and will order again!

Great to deal with and helpful .

Very Happy with the service and product. The site was easy to order from and all my items arrived in a quick time frame.

Music City Gifts went out of their way to ensure the gift I ordered got delivered on time for Christmas. I had picked the wrong shipping method and MCG caught my mistake and notified me. I will tell all my family and friends about Music City Gifts and will buy all my special gifts from them.
