Music City Gifts Arvostelua

Package arrived today. One of the wings on the flying monkey was broken and his tail was broken off. Very disappointing, after waiting so long, eleven days total. Too late to return and make it back for Christmas, and at this point I would not trust that the outcome of my unreasonable wait would be anything different than disappointment. I am in the process of attempting to return the damage item for a total refund which should include the cost of shipping it back, but I'm getting no response from this company to email or phone messages left . All I want now is my money back and good bye and good riddance for me.

I found the the prices were reasonable. For a moment I was concerned about delivery because of the holidays, but their customer service checked shipping statis and assured me I would received it in a few days. Which I did. It was packaged well and is perfect. My granddaughter will be very happy Christmas morning.

I'm sure your product is lovely..... But it would be nice if I had it in my possession. I paid for profit mail and now filled a claim with USPS. Should have had it days ago.

I don't have my purchase yet. How can I review it?

A nice experience, the gifts were shipped quickly, and were extremely well packed, I couldn't be happier with this merchant.

I have been searching for months for a particular Cow Parade figurine for my coworker. Much to my delight, I located the figurine on the Music City Gifts website. I ordered the figurine and it was delivered within a few days. Thanks for everything!

Very pleased with my purchase, Shipping was great. Received a lot quicker than most places that I have shopped on line. Will shop with you again.

The order was placed without a hitch. Great product...exactly as I had expected it would be. The shipping was so fast, I was surprised that I was from Music City Gifts! I won't hesitate to do business with them again. Thanks for a great experience!

I ordered the Wizard of Oz tin tote. Couldn't be happier! Great customer service and fast delivery! Makes a great gift for a child.

I didn't get a shipping information so I contact music city gifts by email and the next day I get a friendly call with estimated time, location ....
I'd buy every time again here

We were extremely happy with the purchase and the excellent speed in which we received it. THANK YOU!

My grand daughter collects horse prints on canvas by Marcia Baldwin & this site has been a God send when I was seeking some harder to find prints at great prices. My daughter has requested the site so she can order more prints.

I would do business with them again. They are nice and have good products.

After searching for years, I found the one remaining item to my collection. I would recommend Music City Cards & Gifts to anyone looking for specific items without majore hassels. THANK YOU MCC&G
