Excellent customer service, quick and easy process

Salam, i called Mushtaq travel today to get some advice on a airline and also another travel agent which was messing me about! I spoke to a very nice man called Sir Aftab who helped me and gave me good advice! Thankyou, much appreciated, May Allah bless you and your family, I wish i booked from you, inshallah next time Thankyou once again :)

Excellent, proficient, professional beyond amazing service, provided to me and my family. Was stuck in a pickle but... Wow how considerate and kind mushtaq travel were toward us thank you. Will be definitely using you in the future.

Outstanding service, no hassle or grief at all. Process was absolutely easy, simple & stress free. Would definitely recommend this agent who will take care of all your travel needs.

For me, the best travel agent I've ever come across. The staff and service was beyond superb. I f I could give 10 stars I would! I highly recommend Mushtaq Travel.

Excellent service and communication. I don’t know these gents personally but they are excellent at what they do. I’ve used many agents in the past to book my tickets and they’ve always lied and tried to make a sale. But at Mushtaq they will go out of there way to help you and if they can’t they will tell you this. not keep you hanging. You’ve tried the rest now try the best!!!!

Really helpful, great service

Very good customer experience and excellent service no any problem I get ticket always from mustasq travel because they give me good service and good price

Always use them as thier service is the best HIGHLY recommend.

Mushtaq Travel the very best in the game, they always go the extra mile to find the most competitive deal, from flights to luxury hotels, weekend breaks or even honey moon package call Mushtaq travel...

Very satisfied with their service staff is always helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend to anybody. Looking forward to see them again. Thank you so much indeed.

I am absolutely appalled by there service it is awful the staff are so rude as soon as you have paid for your tickets they do not help you at all if you need to make changes they try to rip you off by charging you for stuff even the airline don't charge for. You will not believe how much they charge you for changes that are free. we used this company first and last time we will never use them again. I do not recommend them to anybody even family or friends to use them. They do not co operate at all as soon as they get there money that's it before the payment they will be so polite and act very kind but if any problems occur after the tickets issued they will not help they will tell you not to ring them and say they are very busy if you email they say don't email we know what we are doing in such a rude manner.DO NOT USE THEM!

This company is very helpful and professional. I cannot fault them. They make all the travelling process painless and simple. I always use these guys and they are always ready to answer any questions. They have extensive knowledge in the travelling field. I wish them all the best and hope they keep up the top class service.
