Great experience working with Faras
I had a great experience working with Faras on my travel plans from the UK to India, then onward to the UAE for a short stopover, and back to London. He was extremely quick in responding and really understood my requirements.
Highly professional, efficient, and reliable — I would definitely recommend Faras to anyone looking for well-planned, stress-free travel arrangements.

When I first contacted FlyinBudget
When I first contacted FlyinBudget, my experience with customer service was excellent. The representative was very polite, patient, and responsive. I took almost a week to finalize my booking, asking daily if any flights were available within my budget and preferred dates. His communication during this phase was so good that I was ready to give 5 stars at that point.
I’m an influencer and content creator, and I clearly told him that if this turned out to be a fraud, I would share it publicly. Based on his professionalism, I trusted him completely and didn’t double-check many things myself — which turned out to be a mistake.
Before booking, I specifically asked:
Whether the flights were connecting
Whether I would need to transfer luggage myself
About seat selection for me and my husband
I was told:
No need to worry about luggage transfer
Seat selection is free and opens 2 days before departure
However, things went downhill after payment was made.
Issues faced:
Two days before departure, I kept chasing for seat booking updates and was repeatedly told it wasn’t possible.
On the day of travel, I was suddenly told seat booking is paid (£35) — even though online it was showing cheaper.
No seats were booked for us, and automatic seat allocation separated me and my husband.
At Delhi Airport, we discovered it was self check-in, and we had to collect and re-check luggage ourselves, which we were never informed about.
Due to a flight delay, we almost missed our connecting flight, and Air India staff initially refused boarding.
We were put on another flight and reached the final destination very late.
Our taxi driver waited over 3 hours, and we had to pay extra parking charges.
On the return journey, the same issues happened again:
No proper connecting flight handling
Self check-in again
Luggage transfer by ourselves
No seat selection booked on any flight
Final Thoughts:
The effort before booking was appreciated, but after payment, there was no proper support or care. From departure to return, we were on our own.
I strongly feel that if I had booked the flights myself, I would have:
Known about self check-in
Understood connecting flight risks
Chosen seats properly
Avoided unnecessary stress and extra costs
Recommendation:
I do not recommend booking through third-party agents like this. It’s better to book yourself so you are fully aware of what you’re getting and avoid last-minute surprises.

Dear Customer,
Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your travel experience did not meet your expectations, and we understand how frustrating this must have been.
We appreciate your kind remarks about our customer service before booking. Providing timely, patient, and professional assistance is something we value, and we’re glad that part of your experience was positive.
We would like to clarify that several of the issues mentioned—such as seat allocation charges, self check-in procedures, baggage re-check at transit points, flight delays, missed connections, and rebooking—are managed directly by the operating airline and are subject to their policies and airport handling. Unfortunately, these processes are outside the direct control of third-party agents.
That said, we acknowledge that clearer communication regarding these airline procedures would have helped set better expectations, and we regret the inconvenience and stress this situation caused.
As a goodwill gesture, we would like to offer a voucher as compensation. To claim the voucher, please contact us at admin@flyinbudget.co.uk
with your booking details and a brief summary of the issue, and our team will assist you accordingly.
Your feedback has been taken seriously, and we are reviewing this internally to improve transparency and post-booking support for our customers.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Nuisance spam calls
Made the silly mistake of looking for a flight, 3 months ago. They ring daily, despite me asking them to remove my number, blocking their numbers and calling them. Constant voicemails from Kenneth asking if im still looking for a flight for the date that is now 3 months ago, youd think they would take the hint.
