Good morning Andrew,
We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. However, we must address the context behind this review.
Following our recent correspondence, it has come to our attention that you registered over 16 separate email addresses to repeatedly use our "TRY4FREE" introductory offer—designed to provide new customers with a chance to try Muse. This resulted in 16 free orders, totaling a retail value of £159.68.
Given this, we're surprised to hear such strong criticism of our flavours, especially considering the lengths taken to repeatedly obtain them. While we appreciate your interest in our products, this level of misuse compromises our ability to support genuine new customers and affects the integrity of our service.
As explained in our email, we’ve had to take appropriate steps to prevent further abuse by restricting your access to our offers and services.
We thank you for your time with Muse and sincerely hope you found value in the products you received.
Lovely flavours!
Took up an offer for two free cans and they were the best nicotine pouches i've tried so far. The coffee and liquorice flavours were a nice change from some of the nasty flavours from other brands. The flavour also lasted a lot longer that others I have used. I opted for next day delivery and they arrived on time. Will definately use again.

Hi there,
Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the coffee and liquorice flavours — we love creating unique blends that stand out from the crowd, so it's great to know they hit the mark for you.
We're also glad your delivery arrived on time and that the flavour longevity impressed you. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we look forward to having you back again soon!
Nice strong flavour
Nice strong flavour nicotine pouches. Nicotine doesn't burn throat like other pouches. Recommend licorice flavour. One pouch lasts me four hours. I am heavy smoker normally.

Review
The good
Seems like a great company, good range of flavours (blue raz for the lads), delivery was fairly prompt, UK company, on the whole I am giving them 5 stars.
Don’t get me wrong here, few things are neutral about the products,
I find the pouches being dry a bit annoying, you do need to pop them on the tongue to moisten then get them in the lip or it can take some time to notice any nicotine delivery,
The ugly
The strength on the containers, it took me a min to see it, its per gram so if you order 12mg your pouch is 6mg as a pouch is ~.5g it caught me out, really it’s because I am used to others brands labels and made an assumption, so unless I want to have 4 pouches in my mouth with the 6mg/g I have a few packs that will go to waste.

Hi Christopher, Thanks so much for your thoughtful 5-star review – we really appreciate you taking the time to share both the positives and the areas where you think we could improve.
We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying the flavour range (shoutout to Blue Raz – a firm favourite here too!) and that delivery met expectations. It means a lot to us as a UK-based brand trying to do things differently.
Regarding your points on the product experience:
Pouch dryness: We hear you! Our pouches are designed for a cleaner, dryer feel compared to some brands, but we understand that this may take a little getting used to. We’ll definitely pass this feedback along to our product team as we’re always refining and improving.
Nicotine strength labelling: You’re absolutely right – we state strength in mg/g (a standard measure), but we totally get that this can be misleading if you’re used to brands that list per pouch. We’re actively reviewing our packaging and site info to make this clearer and reduce any confusion in the future.
We’re genuinely sorry to hear some of your order may go unused as a result, and we’d love to help make that right. If you drop us a message via support, we’ll see what we can do for you.
Thanks again for the honest feedback and support – it really helps us grow.

Shipment costs very expensive and not even fast, still took a couple of days to arrive.
The promise of (paid) speedy delivery did not materialise. Order was made on 23rd and will not arrive until at least 25th at the earliest...

UPDATE – 25/06/25
Hi Paul, thank you for providing the additional information. Following up on the email I sent you, I wanted to clarify a few key points here as well:
Your order was placed at 15:25 on 23.06.25, and you used our TRY4FREE offer, paying £3.49 for standard 2–3 day shipping.
We dispatched your order promptly the following morning (24.06.25) via Royal Mail. According to the tracking, it was successfully delivered today, 25.06.25, at 12:00.
We also offer a next-day delivery service for £3.99, but as your order was placed after our 3pm cut-off, it would still have arrived today even if you had selected that option.
While we always welcome feedback and strive to put our customers at the heart of everything we do, it’s disappointing to receive a neutral review before the order had even arrived or been used. Our team works incredibly hard to deliver great value, personalised service, and a product that stands out in both quality and design.
As a gesture of goodwill, we’ve refunded your shipping fee. We kindly ask that in the future, you allow the full experience to play out before leaving feedback, as this helps ensure fairness and accuracy for both customers and businesses alike.
Thank you again,
24/06/25 - Hi Paul, I am so sorry to hear this - can you provide me with some more information about your order by emailing hello@museitnow.com as I can only find one order that could possibly match your name and location but that was only placed today? I would love to be able to discuss this and put the matter right :) Thanks

Muse nic pouches
The nic pouches arrived on time and we'll packed. The price was good for my first purchase. The product is in it self is good. The flavours are extremely strong which I no doubt some will like. Not for me though. In the main a good product for those who like strong flavour.

Got a free trial from four competitors as I wanted to give pouches a try. Found myself reaching for muse much more than the others. Smoother than the others and great flavours. Only downside is wishing the pouches were smaller.

Best nicotine pouches!!
By far the best nicotine pouch brand out there!! I’ve tried many different brands, and with every one I always get throat irritation, acid reflux and nausea from the juices. However with Muse, it doesn’t burn your throat or cause any discomfort in the slightest! I’m on my 4th order now and never going back to another brand. Also to mention, the flavours are incredible… every other pouch I’ve tried always has the slightly chemically and salty taste, however the Muse flavours are delicious and such a wide variety as well.
The ONLY criticism I have is that the pouch strength is measured in mg/g instead of mg/pouch (which is standard for every other brand). I can imagine that many people get this confused and end up ordering pouches that are half the strength they wanted.
Asides from this, I absolutely couldn’t fault it. What an amazing pouch 😙🤌

Hi Llana, Thank you so much for your wonderful comment. We have noted your point about the way the strength is displayed, we have tried to make it as clear as possible and in the world of nicotine pouches as I am sure you are aware, so many different brands use different ways to display their strengths and it often leads to confusion across the board! But we appreciate the feedback and it has been noted. We look forward to seeing you again!
Bad experience
I ordered the free trial 2 packs just to test it and it was terrible because both of the packs were too dry and old and the nicotine isn't even real you can't feel it
