I like the biofeedback and that is the reason I got it. But, for example I cannot figure it out yet how to use to find my own personal coherent breathing.
For sleeping, it is difficult to use with a AirPods throughout the night... I have tried hard and do not see really the impact of the "digital pills"

The product and communication as to shipping was excellent.

It’s hard to tell what is going well and not going well, based on the sounds occurring in a Muse session. I’ve been using it for years and rarely see any improvement in my session metrics. I continue to use it because I like a meditation tool. However, I don’t think the average person can decipher their results.

I’ve been using Muse devices for several years now and recently had an issue with material degradation on two older units (coating becoming sticky and eventually breaking down).

What really stood out was how the support team handled the situation.

After initially reaching out, the case was taken seriously, escalated properly, and handled in a very fair and professional way. The communication was clear, respectful, and solution-oriented throughout.

In the end, they offered a very reasonable upgrade option, which I truly appreciate — especially considering the age of the original devices.

Very professional. Received the device really fast despite living in France. I initially ordered Muse S Athena to analyze my brain. But then I discovered their app and their neurofeedback sessions. And they are absolutely amazing, very relaxing and special. A whole different level than meditation without neurofeedback. I haven’t tried the sleep features yet but going to try soon.

Ordered on 3/31. FAQ says 1-2 business days to ship...8 business days later and i've heard nothing and have yet to get a response from my customer support inquiry.

The Muse Athena S device and headband is comfortable for sleeping. The Muse iPhone app is awesome and so informative. The Athena and the Muse onboarding lessons are especially helpful. I like the meditation feature with auditory feedback to help steer me into a calm, Alpha brainwave state, without having to look at my phone screen.
I'm using the Muse system six nights per week with encouraging results. The sleep session history is very informative, with colorful stratification between REM, Light and Deep sleep stages.
Kudos to the design team for focusing on proven brain science!

Amazing. I would like to have yhe option of opning my sleep performance in separate window . So i can see the detail of every performance. Not only thr entire thing in one place

They were responsive to my request to change my shipping address after I realized the wrong one had been used, and they were able, to do a last-minute switch and inform me about it.

Support was very helpful, understanding and was able to resolve my issue with failing replacement band in a fair way.

The Neurofeedback based meditation made it a lot easier to stay present, the customer services were very much responsive, so far I am glad I made the decision to purchase the Muse band Athena and leter on I will post my full experience as a person with ADHD.

I have enjoyed the updrade to Athena.

There’s still some inconsistency with how the band establishes a successful connection, and a few attempts to connect resulted in a failed Muse Session.

I had a better experience overall with Athena than the previous version
