Hi Michael,
Thank you for your review - I can see that on your first order you omitted your house number, but on your second order you included this.
Normally businesses would receive the returned parcel back and then contact the customer to advise that they can either pay for a reshipping fee or a refund can be offered.
However, Muse is not your ordinary normal company. We are people who care, about you and our products.
I am resending your order out with no additional fees and I have also included some freebies for you to enjoy as we were slightly delayed due to the Black Friday event :)
Pop me over an email if you would like - the parcel will leave us today for delivery tomorrow to you.
Thanks
Jade
Nice helpful product reasonably priced good company who are doing good.
I like and use the products after using different ones of a similar product but these are my favourite, I really like the flavour I like you get more in each can but they do cost more but I like have 20 rather than 15. I also received a small bag of feel good gummies.a small token a free trial bag etc.It would be better if the delivery was faster like a previous co. Did. As they do become a crutch item which is better than smoking. I like the caffeine pouches when I don't want the other. I think it would be good if the pouches lasted longer and there was more strengths as I've found 12mg too much but 6mg nice but longer lasting would be great. But I feel I'm in good hands with muse ☺️ the pouches are just better than what I've officially used you can find out why on the website.

Great pouches, terrible customer service
I've ordered from Muse a few times now. The pouches are great but their customer service is terrible. My last order I received a tub of pouches that contained the wrong flavour. I've tried to contact Muse twice and just been ignored.

Hi Emma, Many thanks for your review. We have popped you over an email back earlier this week to explain the reason for the slight delay in picking this one up, but we have resent out the order free of charge and I can see that this has been delivered. Once again I am so sorry for the delay in coming back to you due to the unforeseen circumstance.

Useless customer service.
There was 1 item missing from my order, no response to the multiple emails sent.
It’s a real shame as the product is actually great.
Just hope they get your order right the 1st time though…

**issue resolved - Nic Pouches are 7.5/10 - Energy pouches - 5/10
Item was never received - contacted the customer support team 3 times since the 28th october and not had any response.
review can change if the customer support team reaches out and rectifies this issue.
**Edit 20/11/25 - Customer services got in contact with myself and rectified the issue of not receiving items.
Nic pouches are really good 7.5/10, flavour and sensation are both there. They do run a little cold on the gums, a warmer experience would be nicer.
Energy pouches were a 5/10 - flavour was nice and effects whilst using them were what you expect. However the crash that followed was insane. will maybe try the weaker ones (i had 140mg) next time to see if they're any better
Strawberry, rasberry & cherrry flavour is really good.

Thank you for your feedback and for giving our Focus Caffeine Cool Mint pouches a try. The pouches do contain a small amount of salt, which is intentionally included to help induce the saliva response and enhance the overall experience. We understand that taste preferences vary, and we appreciate your input — it helps us continue to improve our products.
Speedy delivery and nice tasting pouches
Delivery was reasonably fast given the fact that I placed the order near the weekend, and the pouches had a nice flavour.
