Very professional service

Really friendly mechanic.
Kept me well informed throughout the process. Thorough. Nice job.

Very friendly guy , helpful and had the job done quickly and the price was reasonable, I’ll be going back again.

Excellent well looked after Russ was very professional with lots of experience and very helpful highly recommended

No fuss ,no hard sale ,no frills but good honest service. Definitely use again 👍

Very friendly place, prices are good.

I recently went in for an interim service, but unfortunately, it wasn’t a great experience. I wasn’t given a report detailing the checks that should have been carried out, and when I asked simple questions, I was met with blank stares.

Regarding the “top-up of all under-bonnet fluids,” I was told that this only applies to the full service — even though it’s clearly listed as part of the interim package I selected. Honestly, it seems like the only thing that was actually done was the oil change and filter replacement. I suspect everything else was missed.

I checked the oil level myself after the service, and it’s actually above the recommended mark. At first, I thought it might be due to the car doing a regeneration cycle, but after a 150-mile trip, the level hasn’t changed.

Also, my car was only set to a 7-month interval until the next service, which makes me think I should’ve gone for the basic service instead.

To be fair, I’ve always had a good experience with their tyre services, they’re excellent in that area. But when it comes to servicing, I’m disappointed. It needs improvement, and I won’t be using them again for a service.

Friendly prompt service. I would have given full marks but was asked where the tool for getting off wheel nuts was. I didn't realise a special device was needed. Luckily the job got done because another member of staff found it under the spare tyre in my boot!

My car was taken in 5 mins before time slot, work started immediately and was completed quickly, friendly staff.

Great lads friendly & always helpful
Very good prices & honest

The staff were very helpful and friendly and did a good job

Great service and excellent prices! 👌🏻

Lovely friendly place and the staff are so nice and polite would 100% recommend to anyone

I had a excellent honest customer service today at the Telford Mr Tyre branch. I thought I needed four new tyres, it turns out I only needed 2 tyres. Thanks to the guys pointing it out and showing me too. I can't rate this garage enough. If your looking for decent tyres for a great price and honest customer service then look no further! Thank you again I will be back when I need too! 🙂

Brilliant as always! Wouldn't go anywhere else the guys are always so helpful

Great service as always advice from mot was for 2 tyres but only needed 1 after Russell had a look. Thanks for saving me some £s will definitely be back for more

Quick and efficient service at a responsible price

nice friendly team fitted tyres within the the time slot , cheapest tyres I could find in Telford , would recommend to anyone looking for tyres

Cheapest around, great service and they even call you to say that the car is ready which is unheard of from a garage!
Fitted new TPMS sensors (which I supplied) for gratis, which again, most garages wouldn't do. Used these for the last 3-4 years and will definetly continue to do so.
