Had the tyres we wanted on the shelf at the Longton branch - booked online for them to be fitted within an hour. We couldn't find the locking wheel nut socket but the Mr Tyre Tech did thankfully!! Al... Näytä lisää

They badly scratched my car whilst…

They badly scratched my car whilst replacing 2 front tyres. They apologised and sent me to a local repair shop which they are paying for also the area manager rang and also apologised plus they will pay for a courtesy car whilst mine being repaired . I did put 2 stars but that would not be fair on their service which is really good just the fitter had a bad morning scratching my car so I ended up putting 4 stars

Good customer service

The person at the front desk did a great job. They were very polite, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. You can tell they are hardworking and take their role seriously. Really appreciate the excellent service!
