all items ordered were received and working fine, but this is not the first time we have used this brand. We have about 30+ that we are currently using, purchased from other suppliers.

At the 2025 Pool & Spa convention in Atlantic City, I came across your booth. Very friendly, knowledgeable ladies answered all of my questions and went the extra mile to get me what I wanted before leaving the show. I haven't used the items yet but will be sure to reach out for restocking!

Shrinkwrap I picked up was defective…
Shrinkwrap I picked up was defective from the factory, had evenly spaced holes in through the seam/fold on outside. Imprint carried through to the other seems causing thin spots. I have reached out twice wanting them to view pictures and zero response.

Very bad experience!!!!
I placed an order online on 12/20/2024, I even called to verify availability which I was told parts are in stock. I checked on my order on 1/3/2025 and I am told the order has to be canceled due to supplier price increase. One of the worst online purchasing experiences I have ever had! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

not well packed desiccants
The unique problem was: I ordered desiccants.
They were not well packed, in this way, it absorbed moisture during the transit delivery losing quality and performance. They must have been well packed in plastic to avoid absorb humidity.
