Mr. Shrinkwrap Arvostelua

Order was canceled and I had to call and ask why... I would have expected an email when the shortage was realized or at the least by closing of business the next day

Mr Shrink Wrap is awesome! They provided excellent customer service! Thank you

Grover, the Mr Shrinkwrap tech, arrived on time and did a great job shrink wrapping our boat. He was very pleasant and professional.

Everything showed up really fast. I was expecting a delay because of the fall rush but there wasn't one at all

Excellent information on website

Technicians were very professional and helpful.

I had my boat shrink wrapped and I just was up in the area and drove by and picked up a zipper door for access time when I go to replace the timing belt on the engine and work on the boats interior.

I have been a happy customer for the last five years due to competitive pricing, outstanding delivery time and the UPS as the shipping company because the package is better handled and updates more accurate. And you always seem to offer little gifts with some orders. Now that my boat is covered I can relax knowing it is ready for the rough weather ahead thanks again

Fell behind on my last job Mr. shrinkwrap got my order out to the next day Thanks

I’ve been using your service for over 10 yrs. You’ve made renting a heat gun a seamless and and worthwhile experience. So much so that I decided to purchase my own. I will continue to purchase my shrink wrap material from you and recommend you to all my friends.

Can definitely say sonia was an amazing person to deal with, she helped with making my account and was super polite and helpful and def was fun to chat with i will def be contacting her directly for now on on all of my purchases!! Shes awesome thank you so much!!

I ordered my product. They called me the next day and had to change to a different size. Which worked better for me. And was cheaper.

Ordered a product. Not in stock. Would take 6 weeks or more to get back in stock, but it's ok because you have something more expensive.

Had to inform staff orders paid with PayPal don't automatically refund on their own.

Why would I come back?

Everyone makes mistakes, and I am fairly forgiving of that fact. A company has to REALLY screw up for me to leave a bad review online. In this case, Mr. Shrinkwrap screwed up. When I placed the order, they said they're behind and need 3 to 4 weeks to fill it. I was forgiving and said okay. Three weeks later, I emailed and asked for a status. A week went by with NO response. Another week went by with NO response and still NO product. Five weeks later, I still had not received the product and there was NO communication. I called and the phone was answered by a girl that sounded like she was 13 years old. Not only did I have to repeat myself three times to her (because she wasn't listening), but her tone during the call communicated that she didn't care at all. Frankly, it was offensive, and I am not easily offended. I promptly emailed the company and demanded a refund of my purchase. I found the identical product on Amazon and it will be delivered in 2 days. You had your chance, Mr. Shrinkwrap. You blew it. Never again.

Excellent. Fast. Reliable

I had trouble finding the correct part numbers for the replacement parts that I needed. Dianne was able to help me get the right parts.

Professional staff, friendly and attentive

Answered my questions on the phone very clearly and very quickly. Provided very friendly and quick service when I picked up my order at their offices. The product was exactly what we were looking for.
