Some items had black marks and scratches. Adhesive was poor.

Hi David, we are sorry to hear about the marks on the trim you purchased. If you'd have let us know we would have rectified this for you. Please do let us know in the future if you have any issues and we'd be happy to help. We do sell a lot of the adhesive that you purchased and haven't any returned, so feel free to contact us and let us know what the issue was that you had with it.

The new replacement part number is the…

The new replacement part number is the same as the old part number but the overall length on the new part is shorter. So check the overall size before you order replacement parts.

Hi Ray,

You ordered a Polypipe RD502W and we have had no reports of any change to the size of that item from Polypipe nor from any customers. We sell 20-30 of these every week.

We only sell genuine Polypipe fittings, we of course do not know that you are replacing.

We are disappointed to receive a 1-star review as the review should be about our service to you, not the item. If you had have contacted us, we could have arranged a return and refund for you.

Arrived on time, quality product

Ordered all the parts I needed which were shipped straight away, great prices and comms throughout . Received on time and product was very high quality to match existing guttering
