Arrived in time.e for another heat wave. I bought a large size for 2 small dogs; they go on it when I'm supposedly not looking! ..I think it is helping. I find the cat on it too.

The may works but it is NOT non slip
The mat works but it is NOT non slip. My dog screws it up just trying to lay down on it and left on the floor it is dangerous for humans to walk on as it slips dramaticaljy.
I have now had to put it away as it is dangerous for us walking around the kitchen and coming across them. Can you not add something rubbery to stop it slipping? It is unusable as it is on kitchen floors or wood floors.

Dog likes the cooling mat, product itself was good but for the size I got Large its not very big for my frenchie he just about fits on with his legs hanging off bottom. Delivery is very fast

Definitely made a difference- Ruby actively seeks out this mat and it’s not even in her favourite place - the only thing I would say though is buy much bigger than you think you need - I bought a large version and she is only a Dachshund x Jack Russell but when laid out across it - she nearly takes it all up. If I was to buy another I would get bigger.

More a cooling cloth than mat
My cool mat arrived promptly after ordering.
I ordered XL for my dog and she has been happy to lie on it in the hot weather.
My only criticism is it is more a cooling cloth than mat, as it is quite thin. I was expecting something a little more substantial.Every time my dog gets off of it she leaves it in a heap that needs straightening out., which is not ideal if she's home alone.

I have no complaints about the…
I have no complaints about the service.....however, my Westie will not use the cool mat at all.
I have tried to coax her onto it, even put it on my bed, where she sleeps, she just avoids it unfortunately.
I am of course disappointed, it seemed to be a good solution in this hot weather.

We're pleased to hear you were happy with our service, although we're sorry to learn that your Westie hasn't taken to the cooling mat yet. Some dogs are naturally cautious with new items and can take a little longer to become comfortable with them.
You might like to leave the mat in one of her favourite resting spots and allow her to explore it at her own pace without any pressure. We hope that, with a little more time, she'll come to enjoy it, especially during the warmer weather.

Great product not so much Royal Mail.
Apart from Royal Mail saying they were expecting my parcel and I checked everyday for six days before they said it would be delivered the next day, everything was great. Our Fox Red Labrador loves his cooling blanket in this hot weather, very pleased with Mr Fluffy Friend, not so much with Royal Mail.

Your fur baby will love them!
Ordered two after seeing some heartbreaking stories on social media, I too had purchased the gel type only to find them leaking with goodness knows what was inside of them. I watched my dogs (Staffie and Dachshund) in and out during the hot spells looking for somewhere to cool down so I took a chance, I am so happy I did, how they work is beyond me but they really do! Took a little time for my two to work out they were the coolest place to lay but they did and now the mats go everywhere with us! So comfortable for them and so lightweight and easy to keep clean for me! (just throw in the washing machine) Would definitely recommend giving them a go, your fur baby will definitely appreciate them! 😊😍
