The cool mat is so much better than the gel ones
Delivery did take longer than I expected, but communication was great.
My dog was unsure at first and wouldn't lie on the cool mat, but since he has then he uses it a lot - I even checked the temperature after he got up and it didn't feel hot, like the wooden floor after he's led there. So really glad with the purchase.

St Bernard approved
Bought this in the heatwave not sure how it works and wasn’t sure my dog would sit on it but she loves it and sleeps on it all day. Got at discount too so very pleased and so is Wednesday. Also the biggest size is plenty big enough for a St Bernard

My cat has been walking around on it but has not slept on it at the moment I have tried putting his dinner in the bed but he has his food and then gets off.

cool mat was small, but still good
Although the cool mat was smaller than I thought, my small shih tzu took to it the minute I introduced him too it. His first restful nights sleep ! Good quality too, feels really nice. Definitely worth waiting for...!

Mr Fluffy Friend Cool Mat
I ordered Mr Fluffy friend Cool mat for my dog.
The cool mat is good but my dog won’t go anywhere near it. He sniffed it and walked away.
The order process and delivery was also good, however I am returning it as my dog won’t use it.

Seems like a lovely mat but…shame my dogs don't think so
Seems like a lovely mat but unfortunately neither my dogs want to lie on it. I'm having to keep it due to the fact that one of the requests to return is that the product mustn't show any signs of pet hair, which is difficult considering the dogs have sniffed at it etc. which of course means there will be dog hair somewhere on it.
That said, the quality does seem very good.
