Good responses when I spoke with the customer agents but website and aiming to find dates and pay at checkout was frustrating due to a new system installed , took 3 times but agents very good and supported alternative booking link

It’s my third time booking a hotel through Mr & Mrs Smith. I love the selection they offer, and although the options can be pricier, they have always been superb. This time, I had an issue with the platform and couldn’t complete my booking, but Charles was a godsend and helped sort everything out. He was incredibly helpful, detail-oriented, and made both my day and the booking process for my holiday much less stressful.

Choice and booking process were very easy

Nothing wrong with handling the booking (nor should there be) but having tel was disappointing. Lovely old building but no inside or outside “lounge” space. Good very good and staff courteous and helpful.

Practical and helpful

An excellent experience in finding a hotel in Prague. The selection is understandably limited but good, prices from moderate to high. Good information on the hotels.

Once we worked out how to find the hotels available it was easy to decide where we wanted to go

Mr & Mrs Smith advertise a “Best Price Guarantee”, but this was not honoured in my case.

I found the same room at The Ned listed cheaper on Trivago. I submitted a price match request and was initially told they would contact the hotel to see if the rate could be matched, implying (which it was) it was eligible.

They later declined the request on the ground that the hotel refused to amend their rate. However, the guarantee advertised on their website does not state that the hotel has discretion to refuse a price match.

They even suggested booking it via Mr and Mrs Smith for the elevated rate. They basically use the "Best Price Guarantee" as a marketing con!
