Mquvee Arvostelua 

I bought a mQuvée WineCave 187 Stainless Steel Dual Zone Wine Fridge for £2589.00 and within a year of it being installed by Tom Howley (my kitchen company) the temperatures started just going up for no reason.
Via email, mQuvée told me it was installed incorrectly so my warrantee was no longer valid.

I had Tom Howley fitter (George) at my home as that email arrived and he checked the installation and confirmed it was installed correctly.

George helped me draft my reply to mQuvée telling them this, which they ignored and offered no solutions for an expensive fridge that now only runs hot, at 20 degrees.

I had to email again and ask for an engineer, and they sent a link for me to pay for one from Happy Appliances.

So I did, £139 for a call out, to be told by Happy Appliances the same as Tom Howley told me, the installation is perfect; the Motherboard is faulty.

I would not recommend mQuvée. Faulty coolers and appalling customer service when you reach out for help.

I bought my Mquvee wine cooler for 126 bottles and I am so satisfied!

The product was perfect

Da jeg bestilte så kom det opp en pris som var akseptabel å betale. Når jeg skulle betale var det kommet på over 150 kroner mer pga frakt. Når jeg da skulle hente på posten var det kommet på 170 kroner til i toll. Da ble dette produktet plutselig veldig dyrt. I tillegg så opplevdes produktet mindre enn jeg regnet med. 1/3 av normal flaske hvitvin.

Bra vinkyl med 2 temp-zoner, tyst.

Bereits der zweite Weinkühlschrank von mquvee und wieder voll zufrieden. Qualität und Funktionalität haben mich schon bei meinem vorigen Kühlschrank total überzeugt. Jetzt hab ich mir - aufgrund eines Wohnungswechsel - einen größeren gegönnt und bin wieder - sowohl mit dem Bestell- und Liefervorgang - als auch mit der Performance des Gerätes vollends zufrieden. Würde mich sicher wieder für so ein Gerät entscheiden. Weiter so!

Fortunately Linda and her colleagues at the Wine Storage company were very understanding and Linda especially help to sort out the issues . It took me 4 machines to get a good one without any malfunctioning issues . Delivery and collection was a challenge , one person , small vans , a catalogue of issues there too .
The machine itself , when you get a good one is quiet and does the job properly . I hope I have nt jinxed mine !
I have the 180 bottle one with dual temperature . So far so good
I am about to enquire about changing the charcoal filter with intrepidation 🤞 .

Fantastic product with excellent temperature control and low decibels sound. Highly recommend!

The inside light should switch on automatically when open the door but it does not. The seller has not taken accountability for that even after a long email conversation.
Annoying. But other than that it’s fine.

I purchased the product from Vinkylen and already at delivery there were issues, they wanted to charge 500 EUR for delivery to the door while the product was worth the same so I had to carry it myself (40kg+).

Talking about the product I really do not recommend it, it s loud and noisy and basically never stops. It s constantly on consuming a lot of energy.

Unfortunately not reccomended.

Works great and silently. Would be even better if the light went on/off automatically after door opened/closed.

Don't consider buying any wine cooler from this company. My wine cooler broke beyond repaid 18 months after I bought it and the company simply washed their hands of the issue. Their wine coolers are unreliable and their customer service is appalling.

Do not buy their wine or beer coolers. The after sales service and absolutely appalling. I purchased a combo set in 2022 and have had nothing but problems with them. They state on their website that they offer a 5 year warranty but when you try to get repairs they retract and say its only for product made after 2024. I had to pay an engineer to come out and repair our beer fridge and his words were also not to buy this brand. They are all made in China (also showed me the sticker on the back) and do not have sufficient refrigerant when they are shipped. The price they charge is significantly more than any other manufacturer but it does not warrant. Consider other manufacturers.

Do not buy one of these wine fridges. Arrived and never worked. Instead or replacing the unit, they demanded on sending out parts and arranging an engineer. You cannot book the engineer, they have to call you to arrange a visit. Still waiting. 2 months since the unit arrived it just a big glass fronted cupboard. Useless. Please find another supplier, save yourself from a similar experience.

I bought a wine cooler from wine storage company ltd who are manufacturers of the Mquvee wine coolers. It was the biggest mistake I made. Inside 2 years of buying the cooler it started going wrong where the temperature kept on increasing. Spoke to the company they sent out their engineers to fix the problem which took over 6 months from me complaining to engineers coming to fix the problem. They fixed it changing at least 60% of the parts. I was still not happy but had no choice but to accept what had been done. Within 11 months off the repair I started having the same problem and rang up the company and basically was told my warranty had expired and they will not be repairing my wine cooler and I should look for an independent repairer. After emails to and fro I was basically told sort it out yourself. So don’t buy the mQuvee wine coolers they are absolutely rubbish. The after sales is also rubbish. It was the biggest mistake I made because these coolers are not cheap. I was told and expecting my wine cooler to last more than 3 years. it should have lasted me at least 10 years. Inside 3 years I got a heap of junk metal!!!

Vinlagringsskåp Winestore…
Vi köpte ett vinlagringsskåp mQuvee Winestore 800 genom Vinkylen.se för ca fem år sedan. Det har rostat vid själva avrinningen där vi förutsätter att det är rostfritt material och inte borde rosta. De skyller på för hög luftfuktighet men vi har inte tillfört någon extra fukt. Skåpet har slutat fungera vad gäller luftfuktighet och temperatur. Vi har inte fått någon hjälp från mQuvee.com eller Vinkylen.se
