they do not offer support. They have a phone number and 1 email address for the whole company, that is very weird.
I asked the agent for their MANAGER but they refused without anu explanation.

A revival of my hope for financing after my initial approved amount was declined. I just had to submit the needed supporting documents and reapply, and it was processed quickly. I had a challenge with financing from a sponsor and the support from MPower was a great reprieve
