Moyses Stevens Flowers Arvostelua 

First time buying from here and the flowers were beautiful. Arrived in water, all very fresh and plenty of stems! Will see how long they last but so far so good.

I received these flowers as a gift from someone sending them from abroad. The daisies were wilted and roses super withered. I didn’t have the heart to tell the gifter this, but couldn’t find the arrangement on their website either. So they’ve decided to cut ends to make it cheaper.

Was given a lovely bouquet but half the flowers were dead within 2 days. Offered a small amount of credit but would never buy from them after this experience. So sad that an old respected florist now has a majority of one star reviews. They should be ashamed of selling very expensive flowers that last less time than supermarket flowers, which are a fraction of the price.

I have used this company for many years, but at their local shops. Today I called to purchase flowers over the phone, was greeted by an abrupt lady, who told me to book online as it would take a long time to go over the registration process. Sometimes when sending flowers you want to create something personalised. It seemed too much of an effort for their staff to accommodate this. It's a shame as the product is very good. Today I went elsewhere.

I sent flowers as a surprise to an elderly relative today. Moses Stevens delivered someone else’s 30th Borthday birthday bouquet in error. The customer service rep blamed DPD but the address on the box was correct so this was a MS error. I will not use them again, this is the second and final time they have let me down again.

I ordered flowers from here and then checked the trust pilot, the reviews are absolutely awful. For such a large amount of money I decided to take my purchase elsewhere and requested a refund. This was on the 17th of December- I have chased this 3 times. Despite them promising me I would receive my money within 3-5 working days I still don’t have it. I’m going to have to take this to the next step now. Unfortunately it seems to be as bad as the reviews claim and possibly a scam. Please do not spend money here.

Let down with flowers a day late and half dead

Ordered a “large” bunch of flowers for my parents anniversary. Not only did they arrive a day late- which completely defeats the point- they were in a tiny bunch with mostly withered and half dead flowers. This cost me £112 and was honestly the worst bunch I’ve ever seen. Customer service also terrible. Would never use again.

Bought an £80 selection via Selfridges charged £8 for dpd delivery. Despatched on a Sunday morning but not delivered until Monday lunchtime. Looked ok but lasted less than a week very very poor would not recommend or ever buy from again. Very curt poor response from Moyses the expectation is for a life of 2 days but if delivery takes 36 hours this is unrealistic. Shocking waste of money and disappointed birthday flowers - not fit for purpose

The BEST flowers in London!... Do not order your bouquet anywhere else, the Moyses Stevens bouquets are stunning, the freshest flowers, fabulous arrangements and I could go on.
The bouquets are traditional and very glamorous. I ordered for a friend and she was thrilled.

Ordered large “Mellow meadow” bouquet for the birthday of my 18 years old girl.
I expected to receive exactly what was depicted on their web page: elegant , light, airy composition.
Instead i received something reminding more an “Old widow” absolutely different type of bouquet: very badly assembled , with dark , bizzare colours , not even remotely reminding the image online .
Had a long discussion with one of their customer assistants , she completely refused to refund . She said “we have assembled the bouquet from the flowers we had in stock , the seasonal , that were available”.
What???
They dont care about the flowers they sell to the customers. Beware as you might receive absolutely different bouquet from what you initially ordered. With no apologies and no refund .
Never again for me!!!

Really rubbish quality and bad customer service. Bought a wedding bouquet of over £70, it arrived in some gel marbles (clearly unable to retain any water) and became dry and mouldy within the next day. When brought up with customer service, they said they couldn’t do anything.

Ordered flowers cost £100, dead within 3 days. I’m a former florist, complaints were made and was told many things impact longevity outside of their control so not their problem. They offered a 25 pound store credit but given the cost of their products I would have to spend significantly more to get any return no doubt for a terrible product. Very sad to see this level of quality and service from such a big brand name.

Got some flowers delivered for my birthday and when opened they looked rather ropey. Went away for a couple of nights, fully watered and in a cool room and they were dead on our return. Emailed them and Selfridges who they were bought through and neither have resolved my complaint, indeed Moyses haven’t even responded. You’re a disgrace !

Really bad attitude of the people who’s selling at St Pancreas Station.

Appalling spent £156 on a orchid arrangement what arrived was a different pot, on the picture it showed 9 stems and 4 arrived. After writing to them. They said on the website it was the de luxe version, but it wasn’t shown on the web. Plus the pot was out of stock. No mention of either. Total rip off. Not apologetic and basically they weren’t interested.

DO NOT ORDER. 300£ on flowers and champagne. Delivered without the champagne!
