Most unprofessional.
I pay for a service which Moyses Stevens hardly provid. They either don’t turn up, don’t answer my calls or e mails and after I try and try to contact them , they just say oh sorry we were too busy.

I bought the Flowers for the home workshop for a friend for her birthday.
We were the only 2 in Flower School that day so got 1:1 attention from Sarah!
We were given guidance on Flower conditioning, bouquet creation and table decorations.
Sarah was friendly & very creative!
The day flew by and we left feeling very happy with our new found skills and armfuls of flowers.
My only feedback would be that the flowers and palette we worked with were chosen for us. I’d have preferred to select my own palette and flowers.
Given that we did a bouquet and a table decoration I’d have preferred that we got the chance to work with different flowers / palette for each of them.
The flowers were beautiful and an excellent quality it’s just pink isn’t my thing.
Otherwise faultless!

I received a bouquet of Moyses Stevens flowers as a thank you from a guest who we hosted for a few days.
They arrived on the Thursday afternoon and already looked wilted. I cut the stems and put them in freshwater and by Saturday afternoon they were pretty well all dead. I complained on Monday, on the assumption that they were shut on Sundays, and was told that as I hadn’t reported within 48 hours, it was too late and I would not receive any kind of compensation of another bouquet.
if Moyses Stevens do not think that their flowers will last more than 48 hours , that is worse than you would get from a cheap bouquet in a supermarket or a Garage.
I will never recommend them to anyone or ever use their Services again , I am extremely disappointed by their very poor customer service.

Post Script:
After I spoke to the customer services manager, they have now agreed to send me a replacement bouquet bouquet - but it took persistence, several emails and a phone call to get the result that should have been offered in the first place.

The staff were warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. I had booked the vase flower arrangement workshop for my Mum’s 85th birthday - we were the only 2 people there. Sarah was amazing, (and talented) and explained the principles to us both before we started on our own arrangements. Mum and I had such a fun morning and they even hung on to our arrangements whilst we went and had lunch. I honestly cannot recommend the experience highly enough.

I received a beautiful bouquet on my birthday as a surprise from my friend. I absolutely recommend this florist because the delivery was on time, flowers were very fresh and beautifully wrapped.

Got these flowers for my birthday. Not impressed - for £60 pounds I could have bought 3 bouquets from M&S which would have lasted longer and looked better!
They were delivered on Friday and already looked sad the following morning. Now it’s Wednesday and they are completely dead.

Ordered flowers on multiple occasions and also purchased in store. Always greeted with excellent customer service, especially when my flowers arrived damaged due to DPD; the problem was rectified and new flowers were sent the next day. Will definitely continue to order from this florist.

I purchased a bouquet of peonies for £130. Within 4 days they were dead, whilst £6 bunch my kids bought at M&S looked amazing. Moyses replaced them, with a bouquet of geraniums, carnations and a few small roses. Hardly worthy and presumably their old stock as they wilted in 24 hrs. Don't buy here, just go to M&S!

Couldn’t reach the team on phone and WhatsApp after multiple attempts about my order. However Samuel was really helpful when I tried to contact them on instagram. Quickly informed me about the order and shared the necessary details.

I have been using Moyses Stevens Flowers for several years and the team has always been very helpful - even for very last minute requests. Flowers always look beautiful. Will highly recommend them!

My friend and I had a wonderful time at Steven Moyses making a hand tied bouquet. Sarah was very helpful and kind and made us feel welcome. It was a lovely relaxing enjoyable.

Attended the flower arranging workshop last Sunday.
Sarah was welcoming, polite, professional and, provided great tips on flower care and flower arranging.
Was given a lovely and very generous selection of flowers and greenery with which to put my own arrangement together.
The two hour session was great fun and, surprisingly relaxing.
Can highly recommend

The bouquet was as beautiful as the website photo.

Moyses and Stevens delivered my mother's flowers for Mother's Day firstly to the incorrect address on Saturday 14th March and then, after promising to deliver to the correct address on Sunday 15th March, did not deliver them at all.

They offered no compensation to my mother or me, they merely provided a refund.

I got given some flowers that dies the next day. When I contacted customer service they said they wouldn't help as it had been 24hrs after the purchase date. The the support I would have expected from such an expensive bunch of flowers.

I ordered flowers and champagne for my daughter in London. My daughter was out and they left them on the doorstep making no attempt to contact her. Unsurprisngly somebody nicked them.
No process in place to complain hence leaving this review.
What a terrible company!

I ordered flowers and chocolates for Mothering Sunday delivery (order267018) on the Wednesday before. I assumed that paying the premium price and using a company with a royal warrant would ensure delivery. In the event I had to chase them twice and was told the package was ready and waiting for collection. This gift was not collected until after 5pm and was finally partially delivered at 21.11. The chocolate part of the gift did not arrive. I have requested a full refund but was told by Angelica in Customer Service that because the flowers were delivered on the day (albeit at 21.11 at night) that none was due. The chocolate were not received. Utterly useless as a flower / gift delivery business!

Placed a £70 order for flowers for Mother’s Day for delivery on Saturday (day before Mother’s Day). Order delivered to the wrong address. Moyses Stevens said they would redeliver on the Sunday (Mother’s Day itself) and then failed to do so. No flowers delivered to our 80 year old mother and no apology given. DO NOT USE this company
