Ordered a Bouquet for my friend's birthday...she loved the flowers and delivery was done within the agreed timeline.

I placed the order online on a Sunday afternoon and received an immediate phone call to clarify the delivery date as it did not show up on my order when they received it. The flowers and champagne were delivered the next morning, well packaged and the bouquet was exactly as shown online with plenty of flowers for a Regular size order. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

Ordering was really easy. I sent images of what I required and the florist stuck to the brief. Flowers were ready for collection as promised. I ordered a button hole flower and my only criticism is that the flower had fully opened, which made it look big on my lapel and hard to keep still when moving around which was distracting.

I ordered 2 huge bouquet of flowers for 2 different people costing over £300’s in total. The flowers lasted 3 days. Customer service are awful and the quality of their flowers are poor. They pacify customers and state that you have to let them know within 48 hours otherwise they will not refund or compensate. For 2 separate friends who do not know each other to both tell me they had to throw them away was both embarrassing and disappointing. I sent them pictures and they still did not take any responsibility. I will never give them my custom again and have made sure that others do not waste their money on what is sold as high end product but in actual fact is poor quality. Extremely disappointing I won’t ever buy from them again.

My daughter ordered flowers for my birthday from abroad. Followed instructions the minute they arrived, cut ends and put in deep water. not in the sun etc. Wilted by dinnertime. My daughter complained and 3 days later they re sent same bunch but they only lasted 12hrs longer. Hydrangeas are not suitable for cutting nor are woody plants which were included. They sent multiple stem roses which were not happy also astrantia which did not last. The only thing that lasted were the carnations which are a good cutting staple. This company should know what will last best. I expect bought flowers to last a week. At the same time I had supermarket roses which lasted over a week. Very sorry my daughter wasted her money.

Received flowers and they looked great for a day then started wilting. Contacted the company and basically didn’t want to know. What a pity as they were for a special occasion … spend your money elsewhere !!!

Order from abroad for a friend. Fantastic communication and service. Flowers look great too as they have me approve before delivery. would recommend 10/10

Avoid this company at all costs.
They ship flowers in completely inadequate packaging, so they arrive damaged — and then refuse to replace them properly. No like-for-like replacements, no full refunds. Just excuses, partial credit offers, and a string of lies to avoid taking responsibility.

I’m not backing down. I will get my refund, if only out of sheer determination. And if not I will make sure you pay in another way.

The flower arrangement were stunning and designed in accordance with our ideas. Delivery and pick up were timely and done very carefully.
Quality of flowers was top

Ordered peonies to be delivered to my wife. After they arrived, my wife sheepishly texted me to thank me for my kind thoughts but to say that the flowers looked old, unhealthy and unsightly and that she felt she couldn't display them. I contacted Moyses Stevens and exchanged a number of emails. Moyses Stevens did not accept at all that there was anything wrong with the flowers, despite numerous photos showing clearly otherwise. Really poor customer service.

I took the one day floral arrangement for the home workshop and learnt two different techniques and a bit of history on floristry (what is an english garden bouquet and why are those particular flowers or colours primarily used, why is the bouquet technique etc). If I was around for longer I would definitely take the week long course with them. It was fun, relaxed and interesting, plus of course we got to take our flowers home with us.

Spent £75 on a flowers to offer my condolences to a friend who’s just lost her husband. The messages were obviously mixed up and my note wasn’t received, instead my friend received a joke meant for somebody else on her flowers causing quite a lot of upset and confusion. I reached out to customer services to help and no real apology was offered and a £20 gift voucher off my next order was sent- which id never use their services again ! Awful customer service. My friend also sent an image of the flowers on arrival and they looks close to dead already! Not worth the money for the service and quality of goods!

Flowers dead in a few days, customer service dreadful. You've been warned.
