Really dreadful Company, do not use! Ordered a sack trolley that was delivered without the necessary parts required to keep the wheels fixed to the frame, also the handles didn't have hand guards as advertised online. Tried several times to call but always an issue and they 'can't hear you'! Still awaiting parts required, that was a week ago. Very poor Customer Service, will never use again. Product faulty.

I ordered a couple of bottles of petrol additive on 24th May then heard nothing. After chasing it up several times with no result I got them to cancel the order. They told me twice that I had been refunded (once while I was on the phone) but I got nothing.

7 weeks later and I'm still trying to get a refund. They told me some c*ck and bull story about Paypal not releasing their funds for refunds and asked me to get my bank to apply pressure, even though I'd paid them by Visa (read into that what you will).

Please don't buy from them, I'm lucky I'm only chasing £20 odd.

Like many others, I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I bought an Ego hedge trimmer from mowers-online.co.uk, which arrived around 10 days later. However, after unpacking it and using it for a short period (less than 15 minutes) I found that it was simply too heavy to use safely or comfortably. I am a reasonably fit middle aged man, but I found the trimmer excessively heavy.
I emailed mowers-online immediately to ask about returning the product and received an automated acknowledgement saying they would be in touch. The email also provided a link to a helpdesk ticket, but when clicked this would not allow me to access the portal, so was useless.
After several days with no response, I sent a follow up email, to which I also did not receive any response. I sent a further follow up email a couple of days later, with again no response received or contact made.
It has now been a week since my initial email and I have still had no response. Based on my experience, the lack of customer service response seems consistent with many of the other reviews on this site.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY - They are very unprofessional. I purchased an Electric Grass Trimmer of £47.99 on the 9th June 26, left it about a week to see if it turned up it didn’t so tried to contact them by phone which it would not connect you so all you can do is email them. After sending another email asking where my order was I got a reply saying that my order has now been cancelled due to stock being incorrect and they will refund my money. I am still waiting for the refund since the 22nd June 26. We have sent untold emails for which they are not replying to.
THEY ARE SCAMMERS SO BE WARNED IF YOU DON’T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Beware of scammers. Don't buy anything because they said they were scammed, but they still tell the unsuspecting customer that you are buying from a real company. Don't trust them, they are lying. They only want your money, but don't expect anything from them after that. I bought a Mountfield lawn tractor in January this year and it broke down after the first use. It is still under warranty but they made me pay for the repair. They are lying, they said they were scammed, but they are still scamming the customer out of money. They haven't answered the phone or emails for months. I paid over £3000 for it and they sold me a very poor quality product that is unusable. The only thing worse than the machine is the customer service. I think it is no longer legal what this gang is doing.

Poor communication (no order confirmation, slow to respond to chasing email) and item out of stock despite saying in stock on website when ordering. After chasing 3 times over a week, they tell me it is out of stock. Should have read the other reviews, they tell you everything you need to know. Fortunately I was only ordering a relatively low-priced part, rather than spending a lot of money.

Still waiting for my refund after 5 weeks. The Company are fraudsters.
Going to take legal action against them.

Two weeks after placing order no contact back from them or goods .
Have reported to Trading Standards . I now am left either trying to get a chargeback from my bank or going through small claims

Worst service from anywhere I've ever had.
I ordered a lawnmower on Monday the 1st of June 2026, I rang on the Friday of that week, to see why it hadn't been dispatched, accepted it could take 3 to 5 days to send out
I was advised, the mower was out of stock, even though on their website, they were still selling that make and model,the order would be processed early next week? Is what I was advised.
So I rang again on the following Monday, the 8th of June and was assured, my lawnmower would be dispatched later that week.
On the Thursday, the 11th of June, I rang again to see what the order status was? Even though the lawnmower was still showing available online? The guy told me, it would be in stock early in the following week and would be dispatched then.
I wasn't willing to wait any longer, so I cancelled the order and asked for a refund, I waited for confirmation email of the cancellation and ordered the same brand and model of lawnmower, from a different retailer straight away.
It was delivered the very next day, Friday the 12th of June 2026, well done that retailer.
The day I cancelled my order, 11/06/26 there was a "ticket" generated on the Mowers on lines resolution help portal.
It was marked as "closed" the very same day it was issued? which is strange, because there was a refund being processed.
Of course, it takes some time for online refunds, so I waited until 15 days had passed by, there was no refund back to my bank, from the retailer Mowers Online.
But I am now away on holiday, so I tried ringing there help line to see exactly why I have not had a refund back to my bank, the call was rejected by the help line, "calls cannot be connected from this location" I'm holidaying in Cornwall for goodness sake!
So, I opened another "ticket" konline, on their resolution centre on the 26th of June, I've looked at the status of that ticket today, the 29th of June and the "ticket" has been marked again as closed. No email to explain why? No refund back in the bank either.
So I'm now contacting my bank to issue a section 75 claim, which is aimed at protecting customers from fraudulent purchases.
Avoid avoid avoid, is my advice.

I ordered a hedge cutter from Mowers online on 07.06.26 but decided to cancel the order on 10.06.26 as i had not received any updates on delivery dates and i needed the item quite quickly.
I received an email on 11.06.26 saying the order was cancelled and i would receive a refund.
Despite several phone calls and emails i have not had any communication from Mowers online and no sign of a refund. The order was sent to Cheltenham mowers Ltd who i have also emailed without response.
The next action will be through the small claims court.

My first review was removed because they did not like me mentioning the MD by name they were not worried that they are probably the worst on line company I’ve dealt with for years

In the end had to get my bank to refund the money

I have placed an order which I have not received and now unable to talk to anyone and no one is responding to emails. The phone says “callers cannot accept calls from this location” I am in the UK and spoke to someone yesterday but they were not in the UK even though it starts off as if a UK call. Beware do not order from them.

I ordered a battery, no communication on whether they sent it or not. I emailed the company took forever to reply and then they said they have problems with PayPal… sounds like a scam. I’m now having to resolve this with PayPal.
