Disappointing!
It looked like we were ordering from US, but the item shipped from overseas - I don't care much about that other than why not be clear and honest? The shipping said 4-8 days; tracking said it would arrive on day 16 which was not ideal, but I was tolerant. When the item did not arrive, I tried to send an email - the website bounced all my emails back as undeliverable. There isn't a direct email listed anywhere. Chat is a bot, and when I did get a person, they stopped responding after "looking into it". I'm so disappointed, we were really looking forward to getting the costume. I've tried to reach out to have them make it right by resending/overnighting a new one, and I can't get any response. Now we have to scramble to find something else and figure out how to get my money back from an unresponsive company.

Order not fulfilled fr US site, and return to UK takes REALLY long time
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online from, what I thought, was MoveDanceUS - turned out to be from their UK site, so delivery took a very long time. Shoes dont fit and on 9/10 I started a return, again thinking it would go to their Boston office. Nope. ITs now in transit back to the UK, they say they have 20 biz days to receive it, at which point they will start the return for me to get my $$ back. I will NEVER buy shoes from them again, and I encourage you to skip them as well.

I have been trying for WEEKS to get an answer to one incredibly simple question because I actually want to BUY a pair of their dance boots. I have emailed several times and have received absolutely no reply.
I then tried their live chat during their stated business hours, only to be told that no member of staff was available. So apparently even when a customer is actively trying to spend money with this company, nobody can be bothered to answer a basic sizing question.
All I wanted to know was whether a size 36 fits like a normal EU size 36 before placing my order. That is it. A simple question that should take someone less than a minute to answer.
The complete lack of communication gives me the impression that customers simply do not matter to this company. If this is how difficult it is to get help BEFORE they have your money, I can only imagine what the service would be like if there were a problem with an order.
Extremely frustrating, unprofessional and unacceptable customer service. I was ready to place an order, but after being ignored repeatedly, I seriously question whether I want to give this company my money at all.

Werkelijk schandalig slechte klantenservice.
Ik probeer al WEKEN antwoord te krijgen op één ontzettend simpele vraag, omdat ik daadwerkelijk een paar danslaarsjes bij hen wil KOPEN. Ik heb meerdere keren gemaild en krijg gewoon totaal geen reactie.
Daarna heb ik hun livechat geprobeerd tijdens de openingstijden die zij zelf aangeven, maar daar kreeg ik te zien dat er geen medewerker beschikbaar was. Blijkbaar is het zelfs wanneer een klant actief iets wil kopen bij dit bedrijf te veel gevraagd om een simpele vraag over de maatvoering te beantwoorden.
Het enige wat ik wilde weten, is of maat 36 valt als een normale Europese maat 36 voordat ik mijn bestelling plaats. Dat is alles. Een simpele vraag waar iemand nog geen minuut voor nodig zou moeten hebben.
Door het totaal ontbreken van communicatie krijg ik sterk het gevoel dat klanten dit bedrijf gewoon niet interesseren. Als het al zo moeilijk is om hulp te krijgen VOORDAT ze je geld hebben ontvangen, dan wil ik eigenlijk niet weten hoe de service is als er daadwerkelijk iets misgaat met een bestelling.
Ontzettend frustrerende, onprofessionele en onacceptabele klantenservice. Ik stond klaar om een bestelling te plaatsen, maar nadat ik herhaaldelijk ben genegeerd, vraag ik me serieus af of ik mijn geld überhaupt nog aan dit bedrijf wil uitgeven.

Falsely stating they've refunded!
I have waited 23 days so far for a refund on returns. I was told 8 days ago that the refund had been made, and that it would take a few days to clear. There was nothing even pending. I emailed, waited 2 days, nothing, and tried live chat, but no-one is available! Appalling! Sadly I'm waiting on part 2 or my order to be despatched, or else I would not have used this company again.
Edit- I have now spoken with them today and they advised that their refund 'failed'!!! I've now asked for a full refund which they said they've actioned today, however, on contacting my bank this evening, Move Dance have made NO attempts this month to refund me!
This is fraud and theft!
Beware! Do not risk your money!

Gute Qualität, Rücksendung nervig
Ich habe von 3 verschiedenen Sets nur eins behalten. Das ist top Qualität. Der neck holder ist deutlich zu eng am Hals, die weiße Hose zu durchsichtig. Der Kundenkontakt war schnell, die Rücksendung aus zwei Bestellungen kann jedoch nicht zusammen geführt werden; sodass unnötig 2 mal eine Rücksendungs Gebühr bezahlt wird, also keine Hilfe durch den Kundenkontakt. 6€ somit für eine Rücksendung bezahlt.

Bezüglich der Rücksendung aus zwei verschiedenen Bestellungen verstehen wir natürlich, dass es ärgerlich sein kann, wenn dadurch zusätzliche Rücksendekosten entstehen. Wir empfehlen jedoch aus zolltechnischen Gründen ausdrücklich, Artikel aus verschiedenen Bestellungen nicht in einem einzigen Paket zusammenzufassen.
Bei internationalen Rücksendungen kann das Zusammenlegen mehrerer Bestellungen in einem Paket häufig zu Problemen bei der Zollabwicklung führen, was wiederum Verzögerungen bei der Bearbeitung der Rücksendung und der Erstattung verursachen kann. Um sicherzustellen, dass jede Rücksendung korrekt und so schnell wie möglich bearbeitet werden kann, bitten wir daher darum, separate Bestellungen auch separat zurückzusenden.
Es tut uns leid, wenn dies in Ihrem Fall zu Unannehmlichkeiten geführt hat. Wir wissen Ihre Rückmeldung sehr zu schätzen und werden sie gerne berücksichtigen.
