I went to multiple different retailers but no one could help me to get the part I needed (part for G.P.R exhaust). Email to MotoShopItalia, they asked some more details from me and after that they were able sent the exactly correct part. Very good service!

Received a faulty item. Motoshopitalia insists that the return shipping is on my expense, despite EU Directive 2019/771 article 13 (Edit: Article 14!) explicitly states that the seller must bear all costs associated with bringing a faulty product into conformity, including the cost of shipping!

Though numerous attempts to get Motoshopitalia to follow basic EU consumer rights they still refuse to do so, claiming that their outdated T&C overrules my rights as a consumer forcing the bill on me. Everyone with the slightest legal knowledge will know that it doesn't work that way. You can't just make up your own terms and conditions and use them to disregard the laws and regulations we all abide to, no matter how advantageous it might be to you.

One can only wonder how much money they have saved over the years getting their (unknowing) customers to pay for return shipping on warrantied items. It ends here!

First. I'll let your ad hominem attacks and attempt at shifting blame on me as a consumer for not giving you the right article no. speak for themselves... I hope that anyone reading along will know that neither takes away your responsibility to know or to follow the law.

Something you still haven't done and clearly refuse to do unless I change my review, by stating to me that "if you write a public review complaining that we won't reimburse your return costs, we'll do as you wrote." An absurdly petty response and a clear attempt to both shift blame and pressure me to change me review. Something I'll never bow down to. Quite contrary I have already taken this further and made a complaint to the ECC and I'll now also make a complaint to Trustpilot for violating their rules regarding unfair review collection.

You will pay for my return like I'm legally entitled to and I will continue to make this review and my experience with your business reach as many people as possible until you do so. And if you misuse the report function again, like you already attempted once (w/o success...), I'll report you to Trustpilot for that as well. I told you I'm not playing around. You decided for this to end this way. I didn't.
