Ho avuto una delle peggiori esperienze in assoluto con questo venditore. Dopo aver ricevuto un prodotto difettoso, sono stato ignorato per settimane, rimandato continuamente e trattato con risposte evasive o in ritardo. La comunicazione è stata non solo poco professionale, ma in alcuni momenti apertamente irrispettosa, con toni totalmente inaccettabili per un’azienda che si definisce seria.
Invece di assumersi la responsabilità o proporre una soluzione concreta, mi è stata attribuita ingiustamente la colpa, nonostante abbia fornito tutte le prove necessarie. Il difetto è stato segnalato il 25 marzo e, nonostante siano passati più di due mesi, non ho ricevuto né una riparazione, né una sostituzione, né un rimborso. Le tempistiche previste dalla legge sono state completamente ignorate.
A causa della mancanza di collaborazione, dei toni irrispettosi e del rifiuto di offrire una soluzione conforme alla normativa europea, sono stato costretto ad aprire un caso ufficiale presso il Centro Europeo dei Consumatori (ECC España). Un venditore che reagisce solo quando vengono coinvolte le autorità dimostra chiaramente quanto poco gli importi della soddisfazione del cliente e della professionalità.Per me questo negozio non è affidabile e non lo consiglio in alcun modo.

I own a 2009 Benelli TRE1130K, a 17 year old bike.

I was offered a new unfitted Titanium aftermarket exhaust link pipe & can for it made by another Italian company called GPR, I bought it sight unseen off the internet.

This new, but old can fitted very nicely but was super, super loud.

It's an old bike & an exhaust system no longer made so there was no info. listed on it anywhere regarding the design it was back then. GPR have revamped the styling of their exhausts since then so was pretty much a dead end.

A few noisy months later browsing bike shops furtively looking for a compatible dB killer I came across a listing on MotoShopItalia for GPR dB killers with various shapes & thought that the angled one would fit, I took a punt on this working.

What grabbed my attention is that they request the make/model of the bike & allow you to upload pictures of what you have & ask for measurements. This level of attention to detail not even GPR do on their own site, it demonstrates care that is not found online any more...

Postage was a very reasonable €10 for UPS Italy->Ireland & took a 9 days since they had to investigate what is the correct version.

The dB killer arrived(they use UPS) & it fitted perfectly.
