Difficult to buy from
Tried to order a paddock stand multiple times online but the transaction just wouldn't go through. Tried multiple cards and Apple Pay but it just refused to complete the order. Tried calling them during their business hours but it kept going through to voicemail each time. Left a message telling them I wanted to buy something and they didn't get back to me. I emailed them and got a response saying they could call me to create the order, emailed my number but didn't received a call, chased them again for a call but yet again, no acknowledgement.
Eventually, 1 month later, I tried the order online again and it went through. I only wanted that exact paddock stand so it matched the one I already had otherwise I'd 100% have gone somewhere else.
I've never tried so hard to spend money with a business and still have to wait weeks before I could do so.
That being said, when everything worked, delivery and service was good so credit where its due.
