the item was delivered really quick but the item was supposed to be motorcycle specific and was really poor quality to say it was £130 for a piece of plastic so had to modify it to fit around the rear light by shaving some plastic off wasn't the best quality item was very disappointed a 1 hour job turned into 3 hours

Top class service, quality parts at a very reasonable price, and great team, especially Bayley who was the most helpful guy.

I purchased a gel battery for a bike I was building an since I put it on it’s been loosing voltage and struggling to turn over the bike so I had to buy another battery but this time I got an old style acid one starts the bike great so I contacted motorcycle parts wear house as the battery I purchased had a 5 year warranty so I thought send it back for a refund but no their warranty means they want to send you another useless battery I’ve been in the trade a long time and never met a more unprofessional company they don’t want to help customers so stay clear you will be disappointed

They really need to update their website as I paid for an item which was fully sold out a few hours before I placed my order - fully refunded with a explanation - however, they are still listing the same item two days later when they clearly don't have this in stock! Come on guys you're far better than this.

Brought a battery for my r1150gs from MPW arrived quickly and packaged well , fitted to the bike . But unfortunately it didn’t hold the charge well . So contacted MPW . having lived at my address for some 40 years now I was sent a order confirmation with the wrong post code on it, tried to let them know but there's no way to do that on their site. got a phone call at 8-30am asking if it was correct. I told them no and gave the right post code. then I thought I better also leave an email, they got back to me and said that I should sort it out with the currier, as I could not do this, and the not very helpful "customer services" told me that he would not do anything so I told them to cancel the order, he told me that he could not even do that and said just to leave it. not helpful in any way will not buy from them again

Ordered at 3:18pm on a Friday woke up on Saturday opened my garage and there was my whole fairing kit delivered before 11am the next day, absolutely top tier people!

Fast delivery very impressed with the service.
