Alles ging vlekkeloos en snel en correct.
En dat alles voor een zeer aangename prijs...

I recently bought a product that had a faulty controller. They decided to send me a chip so i can repair it myself. So they send you a broken product and then let you repair it yourself. Bad services

J’ai commandé une voiture télécommandée Buggy Motion Pro, annoncée avec une autonomie de 45 minutes et une vitesse de 50 km/h.
Cependant, j’ai constaté qu’il s’agissait en réalité d’un autre modèle recu: la Wild Hunt S767, qui ne correspond pas à ma commande (autonomie de seulement 15/20 minutes et vitesse de 20 km/h).
J ai contacté le service client ils m’ont dit qu ils allaient m envoyer une batterie que je n’ai jamais reçue malgré plusieurs relances
5 mois après j attends toujours et je n’ai même plus de réponse
C est scandaleux ! J ai payé cher une voiture que je n’ai pas reçue
Je suis très fâchée par ce manque d honnêteté et ce mensonge

En plus on vous traite de faux acheteurs on aura tout vu, dommage que l on puisse pas mettre d image des factures, captures d'écran de leurs modèles a vendre et des photos ensuite de ce que l on reçoit ca éviterai que l on se fasse traiter de menteur, de faux acheteurs, etc... Donc vraiment site a fuir absolument

I purchased a Torro Sherman Tank from Motion RC Europe .Website was easy to use delivery was less than a week with tracking provided . Unfortunately tank had a non functioning smoke unit. contacted customer services and after providing them with video evidence a new smoke unit was sent to me. So I have no complaints about the service I have received from Motion RC Europe and will definitely use them again.

Hello I bought the torro leopard 2a6 1/16 battle tank from motionrc EU, and everything with the tank was brilliant. Had an issue with the controller but just been ordered a replacement, the staff was incredible and was straight on it when I emailed the company. Will definitely be buying lots more. Thank you motion RC:).

Motion, rc quello che apprezzo di più è la serietà nell'informazioni e nel risolvere il problema di qualsiasi natura si presenta in questo hobby, i prodotti in base alla mia esperienza sono soddisfatto e i prezzi molto vantaggiosi in quasi tutti gli articoli, comunque lo consiglio chi vuole avvicinarsi a questo hobby BELLISSIMO.

J'ai commandé sur ce site une voiture télécommandée d'une valeur de 89€. J'ai reçu à la place une casque de vélo venant du site Ali express. Après réclamation on me dit qu'il s'agit d'une erreur du transporteur. On me propose de payer 24€ pour en recevoir une nouvelle (en plus des 89€ déjà payé) je refuse. Après avoir insisté, on me dit qu'on me renvoie un véhicule. Je reçois une voiture de moindre valeur ! Pas du tout le modèle commandé ! Très très déçue !

Site qui propose des supers drone arrivé sur place drone de mauvais qualité image zéro pub mensongère.
Des drones que vous pouvez trouver pour 20euros sur des sites plus sérieux eux 79.99
Quel honte arnaque escroc....
A fuire ....
Ne perde pas votre argent il y a mieux ailleurs avec un meilleur service client pas besoin de payer pour renvoyer votre colis quel horreur la honte pour ce site ....
