Mortgage Wise Arvostelua

Totally lovely people. Straightforward and easy process switching my mortgage. No pressurised cross-selling.

The support from the mortgage advisor was really helpful. They were always available for any discussion or answering smallest of questions. There was regular follow from them helping things to be on track.

Very efficient from start to finish, transparent all the way through and communicated very well.

The whole process took far too long. 6 months in total which is just crazy as they had all the info right from the start!

Gurbhinder was a super star! Gave real expectations, clear communication and kept me updated throughout the process. Mortgagewise were very clear from the beginning to the end of mortgage process, costs, what they do and timeliness of events.

Customer service was second to none and highly recommend mortgagewise for anyone taking out a mortgage as you are dealing with true experts in their field.

Friendly,helpful,knowledable and efficient. Excellant service.

Sorting my mortgage after my marriage separation was scary and confusing, mortgage wise gave me much needed advice and guidance. They have provided massive reassurance and relief.
My only criticism if any was when Yourconveyencer got involved it became a bit overwhelming and confusing with the amount of documents I had to read and sign. However when ever I said so I got help from mortgage wise. I have no regret using mortgage Wise and I would use them again in a heart beat and I would recommend them to everyone.

They covered everything and supported us all the way. They made the remortgage really easy.

Good advice .excellent after sales service from all the staff

Our journey started in Sept 22, when Anthony found us an Amazing deal dispute the challenges faced. When that house sale fell through, Anthony was quick again to find us the best deal. At no time did we feel pressured and he kept it real at all times. We never had to chase, nor follow up with additional questions. Everything was presented to us in simple terms, which was really easy to understand. Thanks again to Anthony and the team @ morgage wise, would defo use again and recommend in the future. Thank you all from The Baxter’s.

I'll be honest and say I wasn't sure where to start and the team helped me through the whole process and guided us as and when we needed it. As we were coming off of a non-conventional mortgage we had other obstructions in our way, but after my original worries, the team involved helped us through it all. They helped us find a good deal, have our wills fixed and with no hassles. Would happily recommend the services.

The team are fantastic. We were older first time buyers. Guided us through everything, superb communication and updates. Answer any questions thoroughly and instantly. Sorted our will too. So happy, came back to them for our remortgage after fixed term finished. Honest about the challenging climate but did the best they could and got us a deal that suits us. Again, constant and immediate contact as things progressed.

I was looking around on the internet to re-mortgage my house. And Mortgage Wise got in contact. Can I just say they were amazing. Sean Eberhardt walked me though every step of the way and he sort the best deal for me. I can't praise them enough. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic service, advice and support.
