I went to the Highlands branch to avoid city traffic and parking issues. I was recieved well and attended to promptly. Although the actual process took slight longer than i expected. A pleasant experience and will recommend it to others

The reception from the entrance point. They greet you well and usually tell you to go straight to the service point, the transaction is always fast and easy once you provide either your valid passport or national I.D...next thing you put a signature and you get your money. These guys always have clean cash notes I tell you.its Superb

My first day of collecting my money there they were rather slow and had to wait coz the funds hadn’t arrived was rather delayed but seems they sorted it out nowadays they have improved so I can’t complain I think all is well would be proud to recommend others to use it especially with the good rates and all

On my point of view the service so far is good ,the staff there is welcoming so well they have good communication skills and willing to assist but I don't know in terms of network how best it can be done so that the customers don't wait for a long time waiting to be served due to network problem.Here I'm talking about 5street and 10th Avenue in Baobab branch where I was served

Wiremit though outlets are still few the convenience of walking in and out without queues is out of this world.

There are no queues and the lady who serves at Mashwede Highglen Road is just sweet and excellent
