Fonds perdu depuis 164 jours
Mise à jour 11 septembre 2026 : Moneygram affirme que le remboursement a été effectué de leur côté alors, qu'une fois de plus les fonds n'ont toujours pas été remboursés sur ma carte bancaire. Cette plateforme est vraiment frauduleuse.
Pour info, le lien transmis dans la réponse ci-dessous de Moneygram est inopérant, encore une preuve des failles de cette plateforme.
J'ai effectué un transfert vers un compte bancaire le 3 mars 2026, il y a donc 164 jours. Le destinataire n'a pas reçu les fonds. Au bout d'une semaine, j'ai commencé à interroger Moneygram qui affirmait alors que l'opération était finalisée, et que c'était la banque destinataire qui bloquait pour vérification. Après plusieurs semaines, toujours la même réponse de Moneygram. J'ai dû effectuer moi-même les démarches auprès de l'intermédiaire Moneygram et de l'établissement destinataire pour récupérer les preuves que les fonds n'avaient jamais été transférés. Le 15 juillet, Moneygram a reconnu le problème, enfin, a annulé la transaction et a annoncé le remboursement des fonds, mais 1 mois après, aucun remboursement effectué, malgré 4 appels auprès du service client qui demande toujours d'attendre encore 10 jours à chaque nouvel appel. Leurs méthodes sont anormales et alarmantes. 164 jours que des fonds se baladent chez Moneygram. Je ne recommande pas Moneygram et j'attends toujours mon remboursement.
