Nu dus maar afwachten of ik het geld terugkrijg.
Van je rekening afhalen is 10 seconden werk, maat terugstorten zou opeens 10 werkdagen kunnen duren?

REFUS D'ANNULATION ET DE REMBOURSEMENT
Montant de 50 euros envoyés et toujours bloqué par le service.
J'ai demandé l'annulation du transfert, le service me dit qu'il n'annule pas ni ne rembourse.
C'est du vol et un manque de respect. Je vais porter plainte et vous allez me rembourser par tous les moyens.
Je suis client depuis plusieurs années ,j'attends mon remboursement pour supprimer mon compte chez vous.

They suck!
They suck! I was sending funds to my sister and the system said we need to verify before the transaction is completed. Next thing you know, they sent the funds twice and when I contacted the customer service, the rep right away declined to help as the system already credited my sisters account. There’s no way I’m ever using MoneyGram again. There are better options available now.

I was sending money to someone who has…
I was sending money to someone who has a state ID. The state ID does not have an address. Walmart refused to give the money without an address. The website notates that names must match, which what is required. I contacted for a refund, they refused to refund the service fee!!

Moneygram is such a torture
Moneygram is such a torture! The company takes for ever to send a reference number where you can pull out the money. A lot of time, the company also forget to send the reference number. It’s better to wire the money through a bank!

Very very very poor service
Very very very poor service! You specify conditions for money collection but what you get is what the agent at the collection point decides for you! Also, you are not even allowed to know how long it could take…very appalling! No other transfer using this platform!
