my recipient can’t pick up the money and it shows on the app somebody I’ve already picked it up and they told me I had to wait 21 days to figure it out. What was going on

I’m extremely frustrated with my…
I’m extremely frustrated with my experience with MoneyGram. My profile was blocked within 10 minutes of creating the account. When I attempted to send money, I received a message stating that “your profile is closed”.
I contacted customer service couple of times through the website, but the only response I received was:
“Following a thorough review of your profile and associated activity, we have made the decision to close your MoneyGram online account. This decision was made in accordance with our compliance policies and after careful consideration of all relevant details.”
Today, I also called the customer service team, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide any clear explanation as to why my account was closed or whether it could be enable it and kept telling me, I can go to the nearest kiosk to send or receive money.
If there were insufficient details in my profile, a verification issue, or a duplicate account, MoneyGram should have clearly notified me and given me an opportunity to correct the issue before closing my profile.
The lack of transparency and the inability of customer service to provide a meaningful explanation have been extremely disappointing. This is one of the worst experiences I have encountered in Australia.
I expected a much more professional and customer focused approach from a company like MoneyGram.

Absolutely Horrible experience and a serious waste of time for electronic transfers paid from a prepaid debit card that took days for you to process and when the money finally got to their bank, you all without notice just arbitrarily and capriciously with no explanation cancel the transaction. It was a petty amount, but it caused me a lot of problems. For domestic transaction just use hassle free Chime pay anyone and don't waste your time and money on this antiquidated platform.

Useless service
Useless service. They blocked my profile within 10 min after creating it. I tried to transfer money and suddenly got notification of disabled account. Their team is so inefficient that they are unable to enable it back.

I used MoneyGram to send money to my sister. The transfer was never confirmed and was eventually cancelled. However, I have still not received my refund.
In my experience, this is completely unacceptable. I also found the English-speaking customer support to be unhelpful and unable to resolve the issue.
If you are considering using this service, be cautious and make sure you understand the risks before sending money. I hope MoneyGram addresses this issue and improves its customer service.

Added after review: Be careful about giving the wrong information: 2 agencies I was sent to NO LONGER EXISTED(so waste of time and gas). You should have know that your own listing of agencies was correct or not.

Payment rejected no way to change
Payment rejected time after time calling for additional info. Says to look at emails, emails have no information and link back to website and around we go again. Bloody useless.
