I was very pleased with the professional service provided. The agent Paul was very helpful and gave me the information clearly. The process was simple and efficient.

Very quick, efficient service.
I received the envelope very fast, posted my mobile out and received the cheque a few days later. Would recommend, as they also had the best price for my mobile out of all similar companies.

Slow, non-responsive - avoid!
Took a week to receive payment, despite their "Sell today, cash next day" mantra.
Did not respond to an e-mail query at all.
Will not use again.

Easy easy-money
Ordered freepost envelope before my new phone arrived, and was easy to extend the deadline for receiving the phone, which was useful as my new one was late. Best price for my old phone (HTC Desire) that I could find online

Not money for your mobile
I was offered £105 for my HTC Desire, with natural wear and tear when I sent it in they advised I would only get £78.00 for it as it had a cracked camera lens. This was not the case the back cover that protected the camera lens was cracked not the camera lens itself!

Payment assessment is flawed
The envelop sending and online application system is fine. Standard for today's recycle websites. Nothing special, but not lacking anything. What does need improvement is the assessment of the amount of what they pay you. Its a bit mean.
