Tech4Cash Arvostelua

Very disappointed. Bought a samsung s26 ultra, when it arrived i could not continue to set it up because it belonged to another organisation, which means this "organisation" would be able to have access to all my data if i did continue to set the phone up. Huge inconvenience as my old phone does not recognise my sim, and i have been struggling for a week now, for work too.

I had to send it back. They called back and apologised. Also offered a different colour but that doesn't mean anything as i never recieved what i paid for. Luckily bought it through backmarket so service was swift. I would rate it a 0 if i could.

Straight forward and easy, great shop

Watch came in brilliant condition as ordered and is functioning properly so far
Price was was also very fair

Desperately needed a new phone and Tech4Cash in Chester Le Street saved the day! What great service! And a great price to boot!

Absolutely brilliant experience selling my iPhone to them! The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. They paid exactly what they offered - no last minute haggling or price drops. The payment was made really quickly as well.

Perfect telephone support for my iPhone 17 Pro Max battery, which I bought from them a few weeks ago. Ricardo, who I believe is the manager, was absolutely brilliant and gave loads of support and advice.

Sold my iPhone through fb, quick and easy exchange, no hassle either

Great service from Rey, sold an iphone 16 and he paid me a fair price and it was a very quick and seamless process. Would definitely use again.

Purchased a game on the 16th December (a month ago) that hasn't arrived. On the 19th, they told me they were looking into it but have not replied to numerous emails since then. I have had to chargeback through my bank to get a refund.
EDIT: Since posting this review, they have quickly resolved the situation
