I would like to give a shout-out to Natalie from Mondassur. She's explained to be in details of the different health care plans that helped me to choose which plan is best for me. Mondassur has great customer service and really explains everything in details compared to other companies I've spoken to. Mondassur is the best.

J'ai eu énormément de difficultés à souscrire à l'assurance Horizon 365. Heureusement de madame GONZALVES m'ait guidé, pas par pas avec une patience infinie, à finaliser ma souscription. Qu'elle en soit remerciée.

I signed up for Mondassur Gold Student Global based on misleading advice from a third party. Upon realising that I did not need this insurance, I invoked article 112-2-1 of the French insurance code to request a refund. This article states the customer can get their money back within 14 days of the contract being completed without penalty or justification. Since then Mondassur has been evasive and ignored my emails. Phone advisors have ranged from sympathetic to impatient and discourteous in responding to my query and none of them have offered any real help or information. It has now been 11 days since I requested a refund and nobody has gotten back to me. My cancellation window is nearly over and I fear that Mondassur is intentionally stalling. I am very disappointed about the service (or lack thereof) I received given the high reputation this company enjoys on sites like Trustpilot.

My coverage doesn't start until September. Please indicate the relevant page numbers in the terms and conditons that explain why article L.112-2-1 does not apply. Your phone assistant answered my further questions vaguely and I felt rushed to end the phonecall without a satisfying answer. I would like to thank the person I spoke to today who finally got me a confirmation email for my enquiry. He is a credit to your team.

I looked and half signed up, but needed additional paperwork (my problem for my visa). Explained my situation, and when I was ready, so were they. Easy!
