Great Delivery driver & shop floor staff

We have been customers of Mole valley & Mole country for many years now .
We stopped using Yeovil a while back . Decided to try Bridgwater . Nice shopfloor staff didn’t get the ladies name (sorry) . Very helpful to us Oldies….
We had our first delivery in years & driver Justin was so helpful . He went above and beyond . The service was excellent. 10/10

Slow delivery

Placed an order with Mole on line on Monday 20th Nov at 21.00hrs. The company state 3 - 5 working days delivery. Ordered received on Wednesday 29th November ( 7 working days)
E-mailed twice and phoned several times re delivery. Phone not answered until 7th call. Very slow delivery I think that it would have been even longer if I have not persevered with contacting them. Pleased with the items that I ordered.

Grease is the word

We need Grease, they sell Grease, we buy some, they send it to us quickly, it is good Grease, and when we have used it all, we do it all again.
This is as exciting as life gets these days.....

The item I ordered came in good time…

The item I ordered came in good time and delivery company DHL kept me informed about delivery date.
The only thing that has not been good is opening an online account.
I set one up but cannot access it on my iPad but can on my mobile phone. Also keep getting emails saying I have an item in my basket which is not true. Very strange !!!

Excellent delivery service

The website is easy to use. My order was for delivery (bags of logs) and despatch was rapid. I was out when they delivered but they used their initiative and stacked the bags discreetly and carefully. Very impressed

The dog food is the best I’ve had for my dog. They also have a wide range of other products The website is easy to use with quick delivery, thank you.

They are horrid people

They are horrid people. The yard is the worst. Miserable, lazy and horrid. They need sacking and new staff to be brought in! SACK THEM IN THE YARD!
