Fantastic service. Friendly and helpful advice from the store staff. They helped organise a quick delivery of my goods. When delivered (on time) the gentleman was super helpful and actually unloaded and stacked all the bales exactly where I wanted them put. A great service from start to finish.

Brought a strimmer from Newton Abbot branch. On 2nd use the choke button split in two. On returning it I was told it would need to go for repairs, taking up to 6 weeks. Replied I wanted a refund or replacement- they refused saying they couldn't do that. Turns out that is in breach of trading standards as it was not fit for purpose. After a month of asking for updates I threatened them with trading standards and they gave me a refund. If I was relying on that tool for my income I would of been stuffed. No respect for customers or law. Complained multiple times before that and no response. Appalling service.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered some waterproof trainers for my daughter. They didn’t arrive. Asked for an update via email and they never responded. Emailed again and asked for a refund instead. They replied this time and said they had issues with their warehouse and I’d be refunded within 3-5 days. It’s been 15 days and still no refund. Will be contacting my bank to take this further. Absolutely horrific. Don’t order from these people.

Bought a stihl hedge trimmer display model from mole valley Cirencester was told if their are any problems bring it back

When cleaning it found out that the two
Limiter adjusters on the carburettor was totally broken off inside the carb took back to mole trued to get a new carb from them the manager said she would try the next day I got a text saying they would not pay for the carburettor so I took the trimmer back to the store where the day before they said I could have a full refund
But no when I got to the store for the third time they said they would not give me a refund so I called their customer service
To be told I would have to send it back to stihl to be accessed and wanted me to pay another £22.50 to do this which I declined to pay they then said I would wait between six to eight weeks to get the trimmer back how can it be possible that they can sell you damaged goods not fit for purpose and refuse you a refund costing £250 pounds unbelievable
Won’t be going back shopping their again and would advise anyone wanting expensive garden tools to use a proper
Outlet don’t think I will be dealing with stihl anymore neither what a terrible place
Don’t use stay away

Ordered on 29 April, no delivery when promised. Chased up by email - no response. Called them 9th May and was told my order would be with me the following week. Received an email on 13th May telling me the item was no longer in stock and that I would be refunded. Item is still in stock on their website as of today. Hope they've sorted out their warehouse issues.

We had our shed delivered by Mohammed and Will, who are a credit to your company. They were very polite amd helpful, and nothing was too much trouble.
They stacked everything neatly in the garden. We woulld use again.Thankyou.Ann

There is nothing wrong with the actual product but Mole Valley need to sort out the delivery as giving me 5 minutes notice that it’s arriving isn’t acceptable!

I spoke to MV customer service regarding delivery and advised them that previous deliveries had been problematic in that the tracking doesn’t work and you are given no idea as to when it’s likely to arrive until 5-10 minutes prior, which is not ideal as you could be out. It says 3-5 working days for delivery but mine was 10 working days and no one seemed to know where my order was. I also spoke to MV about the pallet just being left and the delivery service refusing to take it back, MV said they should take it as it cost them money to replace, but once again flat refusal to take it as ‘it’s only a kerbside delivery and we don’t take pallets back’. So once again I have to cut it up and take it to the local tip which seems a total waste when it could be easily re-used.

So in conclusion the product is fine but tracking, delivery and wasted resources is most definitely not.

Having just seen previous reviews it looks like there are a lot of disgruntled MV customers fed up with the delivery service.

I have used Mole for many years but in the past 4 weeks the standard of their delivery service has plummeted. I have absolutely no idea when or if something is going to arrive. The link on the despatch email doesn't work. They give you a despatch date for the day you ordered even when that was 10 days previously and their couriers no longer give updates either. Their couriers are also leaving packages in random places and not informing me that they've delivered which means doing a hunt round the yard when I think something might be on its way to check whether something has arrived or not. My most recent order was my last from Mole and I have now gone elsewhere for my goods

Order was placed. When I emailed enquiring the progress of the order, I never got a reply. I rang directly and spoke to online personnel and was told order would arrive by the end of week, which would have been over 10 days waiting. I was refunded my money and placed my order elsewhere.

Great shops but USELESS online service. Puppy food ordered 2 weeks ago with a 3-5 day delivery window. Come day 7 I email to ask where it is as it hadn't even been dispatched. The reply from Customer Services suggested I was stupid to think that it would be delivered in the window they had suggested. I'm now past 2 weeks and the order shown as complete... I haven't received the order. Took the money quick enough. Really shocking service

Ordering was easy and when I had a problem with the order, customer services were very friendly and sorted it out very quickly.

Very poor service delivery takes ages and when i got items there all wrong and know one is replying at all terrible company never use these again .

Always on time with a great product ( so my dogs say) at a great price.

I recently had a large and heavily-weighted order of very good mulch from Mole Online and it was with me within 2 or 3 days, well packaged for the rain, thank Heavens, so we didn’t worry about it being left outside. Thank you very much all you Somerset Farmers.

Always great products, and very helpful when my order went wrong. A haste free seller.
