Easy to deal with and very knowledgeable when talking about modifications, will definitely use again

just insured my second car with these guys , good price and good service .

Agreed and paid for a policy, only to be contacted the next day and quizzed about milage, vehicle use etc,as well as wanting a copy of v5 logbook,milage reading (photo),evidence of no claims bonus,policy holders licence number and DVLA check code,too many hoops, Also a £73 charge to cancel policy a day after it was set up.Avoid.

**Avoid** I agreed and paid for a policy, only to be told afterwards that I was restricted to a certain annual mileage limit. When I tried to cancel due to the policy being mis-sold, they attempted to charge a cancellation fee. Completely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

Worst place I've spoken too. Give quotes the go back on them. Give you the run around for no reason. Waste of time.

£73 pound cancellation fee even if your well within 14 day period. They want pictures of you're mileage if you go over they will charge you but dont tell you this untill you paid for it.

I have just renewed with them, and they have been a pleasure to deal with. The phone is answered straight away, the call handlers are knowledgeable, friendly and calm. They answered my queries and the premium was the cheapest. Very happy!
