Don't know why I dealt with this company again, previously ordered a complete model kit and 4 months later I'm STILL owed parts despite many promises plus bad review left. Made a second mistake and subscribed to the Valentino Rossi bike build and nearly a month later have received NOTHING. The product is basically good, the customer service is NON EXISTENT!!. Buyer beware.

Dear Sirs or Madams,
your response is fully unacceptable!
De Agostini is acting as an international company!
Your reaction that: you are are only responsible for UK is therefore unacceptable as well.
Please distribute my complain in De Agostini internally and after that send me a new qualified message!

Order came in on time, in good packaging.
The tanks were exactly same quality as I remember when I was a kid. Will definitely come back later to add to my collection.

Quick update on this pathetic company , thunderbird 2 kit to which fanhome know nothing about to which model space told me they would be selling they have not got a clue , do not buy from this company , they do nothing but fob you off.

Firstly, I ordered the full Rossi motorbike kit last year, waited over 4 months, never sent as they didn't have all the parts. Refunded.
Now, they've released it as a 12 month build up this year (2021), but despite having taken 2 payments nothing has been received yet again.

But that's not the most frustrating part, they simply do not reply to emails.

So I've got no idea what's happening, I'm paying for something they've not sent me and won't acknowledge.

FRUSTRATING......

I haven't received my item yet and when asked for a refund you have not responded yet?

I paid £140 for 2 bike display cases over a month ago now, I’ve contacted Modelspace on a number of occasions to find out whereabouts my order is. On the 1st of May 2021, 2 parcels arrived and I knew before I even opened them that I had been sent the wrong items, I had been sent 2 bike display stands (paddock stands).
I contacted Modelspace after the bank holiday weekend to find out what was going on, I was informed the the cases priced at £69.99 each did not exist and that my £140 was going to be refunded. The packages that I received were arranged to be collected through Modelspace, the items were collected by Parcelforce for return on Friday 7th May.
I am now awaiting my full refund for £140.

Ordered the valentino rossi bike to build I've been charged twice and not even had the first issue. I message and get no replies I then messaged on fb got a reply to the over charge but nothing to when to start expecting my issues.

I sent my details and paid for the first issue of Valentino Rossi’s 2016 MotoGP Yamaha on the 10th April. I had not heard or received anything by the 26th April so I contacted their customer service department via email asking where the first part of my order was.
I received a receipt from PayPal confirming that De-Agostini had taken payment on the 27th April (but still no reply to my message from De-Agostini).
It is now the 8th May and I have still not received any reply to my message OR received my order.
Do I have to open a case with PayPal to get my money back?

Il modellino in metallo è ottimo e molto ben realizzato.
Purtroppo ho dovuto aspettare alcuni mesi perchè arrivasse in unica soluzione (mentre avrebbe dovuto venir spedito entro 4 giorni); comunque il prelievo su carta di credito è avvenuto solo alla spedizione. Però poi mancavano alcuni elementi mentre altri sono arrivati doppi e quindi sono rimasto fermo con la costruzione per altri mesi. Effettivamente la logistica fa pena ma ripeto il modellino era molto ben eseguito e avrebbe meritato 5 stelle.

I am gravely concerned about the anxiety Model-Space are causing customers. The reply they have posted to my last review just 5 hours ago is just NOT TRUE. This is confirmed by my Bank because I have just phoned them. Yes they have a record of the transaction when the £799.00 was taken out on the 17/3/21 but have no record of the refund being made. The balance of my account confirms this also - NO REFUND HAS BEEN MADE. I have sent an e-mail to customer services requesting evidence of them making the refund as they claim. The only conclusion I can come to is that someone is telling lies and emphatically imagine most people will NOT think it is the Bank. Come on Model-Space get this sorted out.

It is really laudable that this company seems to automatically ask for a review after a month when I'm sure very few customers are actually getting what they have ordered from them in that time. Like many others I was attracted by the frequent email offers that they send out advertising kits and sent them my hard earned cash for a full Yamato kit, with the promise of a 5 day delivery. I have sent 2 perfectly polite emails to Customer Services (an inappropriately named body if there ever was one) asking for an update with, you guessed it, absolutely no response. I'm not chasing or demanding, just asking so I can plan my build projects. I have been a customer for many years and it really saddens me that they now seem to have degenerated into this mess where they advertise products they clearly don't have, take money with impunity and fail to give the basic requirements of any kind of customer service.

Still waiting for this item. No email response from the company even though I’ve spent over £600. Item still not arrived

Last year in June I started to built the Ford GT 40 model ,so far I did received every month one pack without any trouble .In December I received pack 7 and now I am waiting for 4 months !! for pack 8 .. I have contacted Modelspace.uk several times but I did not have received any good answer so far .I have spent more than 420 euro's but now I am waiting and waiting for pack 8 .

I posted a poor review recently in relation to Model Space and the Thunderbird 2 part work - I have now deleted this as it was uncalled for with the issue that arose being totally my own fault. I apologise to Model Space for this error and the comments I made.

In spite of having placed my order nearly a month ago, I have yet to receive my order. No communication at all to let me know what's going on.

Product is good, tracking info would of been good.
