Clearly they do not read your reviews when they publish the answers, a cowboy company if ever I saw one. Standard answers to any email or complaint you send with no intellectual attempt to understand the issue or what you have said.

no product received paid money, do not answer emails. no telephone numbers apart for x wing this is a scam stay away

Received exactly what I ordered and expected. Beautiful item. I was looking for it everywhere and found it only with you. There was some minor hiccup with the delivery but I finally got it.

I have tried five time s to get in touch about the third parcel for the Mazda that I have paid for but not received and that carnt even be bothered to get in touch to sort it but happy to rob me of my hard earned money I find it disgusting and so wrong

To shop was great but need work a bit on the description of quantities,I ordered binders for my jaguar e-type but they did not say how many binders is in a set,I am still waiting for my binders that I have purchased from you,I purchased it about 3 weeks ago,please assist.Thank you.

Ragazzi non fate in alcun modo nessuna collezione con De Agostini. Pacchi non arrivano e il servizio clienti manda risposte con Email automatizzate chiedendo di volta in Volta di Aspettare. Oltre che chiamare un numero a pagamento per sapere dove si trova il mio pacco dopo aver pagato mi sembra inaccettabile. Per fortuna sono riuscito a farmi rimborsare i primi Invi tramite PayPal un opera che arriva oltre 1.300 euro... Attenzione!! Inoltre sono arrivato a conoscenza che i Pacchi arriverebbero dalla Polonia. ATTENZIONE...

Que dire que le service client est nul. Depuis juillet 2020 j attends mon pack 6 de la Mustang GT 500, malgré mes nombreux appels et mails (réponse mail inexistant de leur part), j ai eu comme réponse a mon souci d'etre patient et attendre 15 jours de plus, mais a ce jour j arrive a 9 mois d attente pour un colis. Honteux vu le prix de la maquette.
Et l excuse dû au covid 19 mais arrêter de nous prendre pour des pigeons !!!
Avis a tout les personnes qui envisagent de commander faite machine arrière ce sont des voleurs!!!!

I ordered a full kit in November 2020, paid £539.00, and I am still waiting for delivery in April 2021. What can you say about such a deplorable service. I ordered kits here before and also had to wait months for delivery, but apparently service has even worsened. My last email to customer service was not answered.
Update after this review: Customer service did answer and looked into it. I quickly received a full refund, which restored my confidence in their good intentions. But the way this order was handled is not good.

As always your models are great value for money and very good quality I have purchased six of your kits and your back up for missing ore damaged parts device is superb

I have yet to receive my first pack, which as I understand it I should have received within the first 5 days of my order.
