Parkeerplaats geboekt bij parkeergarage tegenover het World Forum in Den Haag.
Routebeschrijving correct. Slagboom ging keurig open met de rode knop in het dashboard op de website (ingelogd). Je ziet dan een venster met 'Open Parking' en 'Open pedestrian door'. Klik op Open Parking en rij naar binnen
Waar je vervolgens kan parkeren staat direct goed aangegeven met bordjes Parkbee.
Op de weg terug ging de voetgangersdeur ook netjes open via de knop 'Open pedestrian door'. Vervolgens konden we ook weer naar buiten rijden met alweer de knop 'Open Parking'.

Mijn reservering werd gewijzigd en toen ik contact opnam om dit op te lossen, werd er niets gedaan. Mijn verzoek tot aanpassing werd simpelweg geweigerd.
Daarnaast is de informatie op de website onduidelijk en misleidend. Hierdoor boek je een dienst zonder goed te begrijpen wat je precies krijgt.
De klantenservice is ronduit slecht: moeilijk bereikbaar en totaal niet behulpzaam. Er wordt geen enkele moeite gedaan om een oplossing te vinden.
Het ergste is dat mijn geld gewoon is ingehouden, terwijl ik geen gebruik heb kunnen maken van de dienst zoals bedoeld.
Ik raad Movipark absoluut af.

Het bedrag is terugbetaalt naar mijn oude bankrekeningnummer maar de rekeningnummer is beëindigd en ik heb geen toegang meer tot mijn oude bankrekeningnummer.
