Ik ben al lang onderzoek aan het doen naar een Tesla met Full Self Drive (FSD), en zag veel advertenties van MMX, met mooie beloftes. Na gevraagd te hebben of ze een Tesla hadden met FSD was het antwoord; "nee". Voorts werd me uitgelegd dat ze zelf een software hebben ontwikkeld die beter is dan FSD en toch maar 300E kost (FSD kost nu 7500E). Ze schrijven daarover in hun mail; "Ons systeem verwijdert permanent de snelheidswaarschuwing". Dit is overigens niet toegestaan (zie de website van Tesla).
Vervolgens toon ik interesse in een Tesla model Y en krijg te horen dat die optie (uit alle auto's die ik kon kiezen) opeens toch wel FSD heeft, maar opeens 2000 duurder is dan de advertentie die op hun eigen website stond. Vervolgens wordt er gedaan alsof dat een kleine typ foutje was en dat dit er niets mee te maken had dat ze er, door mijn vraag, opeens achter kwamen dat de auto wél FSD heeft.
Het probleem is dat het niet een foutje kan zijn, want zowel op Autotrack als, autoscout24 hebben ze precies hetzelfde typfoutje gemaakt als op hun eigen website. Wel een beetje raar.
Als ik vervolgens mail dat het niet wat vreemd overkomt allemaal en als ik vraag of hun eigen 'systeem' wel legaal is, krijg ik een bizarre reactie dat het allemaal mijn schuld is en dat ik "zielig" ben, met een smiley erbij... erg volwassen.
Afijn. Doe er uw voordeel mee en owja; lees de positieve 5 sterren recensies even goed door en bepaal zelf of u denkt dat dit echte klanten zijn.
Eerderop stond op Google ook een andere 2 sterren review die nu opeens is verwijderd. Ook dat lijkt me wat raar.

Ik heb onlangs een Tesla Model Y uit 2023 gekocht bij MMX B.V. en ben erg tevreden over zowel de auto als de service. Alles verliep professioneel en soepel. Het personeel is vriendelijk, behulpzaam en transparant. Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen die een Tesla wil kopen!

Extreem fijne klantenservice, medewerker sprak wel alleen engels maar dat is geen probleem. Ik ben wezen kijken voor een model 3 met 0 kennis over tesla. Ze hebben heel uitgebreid verteld over de vele functies en het verschil tussen de bouwjaren en uitvoeringen. Het zijn wel veel geimporteerde autos maar dat zou niet uit moeten maken. Accutests mogen ze wel iets uitgebreider tonen (op papier meegeven bijv). De garantie moet ik nog tegenkomen of ze dat waarmaken. Hopelijk hoef ik het niet te testen.

I don't know where to start but I'll try to make it short, after more than a year and a half of searching for a car, I came across Mo by chance while searching the internet. I read the reviews and opinions of some customers but I really didn't believe them (because most of the reviews are fake). I looked at the cars and I liked the Tesla Model Y. I contacted Mo and he took the time to explain the features, services and warranty. At first I had a feeling that he was just a smart salesman and I didn't think he was a very honest person and he was explaining in detail not just for the sake of selling but he was giving me all the information I wanted even if I didn't buy from him. I confirmed this when I visited Mo at the company headquarters and the whole team was respectful, smart and professional. In short: I bought the car from Mo and I got all the extras, warranties and features he promised me. I am very happy with the car I bought and Mo also helped me finance it. Don't judge a book by its cover. There are many car companies but very few professional and honest people who care about their reputation and work with the customer for the long term. My advice to you: Contact them and you will understand what I mean and you will know how much time you wasted while you were looking for a reliable and respectable company.

Mo, Andrej and the team are very professional and really took their time to explain everything and gave good advise and recommendation.
