MMA Warehouse Arvostelua

I order two hand wraps. They were correct, but I also ordered ankle guards and received only one ankle guard, and it was the incorrect one.

I ordered some yokkao gloves I love them the quality of amazing and were delivered pretty quick

Great, fast service.

I bought the same shorts in Thailand at Fairtex. They were exactly the same quality, and I was so thankful I didn't have to deal with shipping from Thailand. I'm very happy with my order just wish they were a bit cheaper so I could buy more.

Shipping was fast and packaged well. My son is very happy with his product

Toled them i put wrong address and they toled me they changed it and after a week and a half of waiting whiti thought was because the change i was toled they didn’t change the address and i had to argue with fedex and wait for another week

Sean was initially sympathetic to my order issue, a routine return, but rapidly stopped responding. He promised help and assistance to my order and then ghosted me for over a week. It seemed like he enjoyed leading me on when I just wanted to return the product. I had to contact the company Instagram page to have the return finally processed after I had already shipped the order back to the company. Would not recommend dealing with him for anyone having an issue with an order.

Edit after company’s reply: I was a helpful customer, providing every possible order number, screenshot, and receipt for this process. The company’s uniquely convoluted return process had me jumping through hoops and waiting days more instead of just sending the product back with a prepaid shipping label via email like 95% of companies do. Occam’s razor applies here. I did eventually receive my refund in full, but had to pay shipping since I didn’t follow their process.
The support team response time of “just a few hours” was highly inaccurate. I often went days between responses until it became over a week, which is when I contacted their Instagram. They were very helpful, so I’ve raised the rating to 2 stars.

The order was on time and placing it was a breeze. Everything came quickly.

Slow delivery. Missing item.

I ordered a pair of twins special gloves and they had a slight defect in them. Shawn from MMA warehouse went anove and beyond and sent a replacement as soon as I let him know about the defect. Would recommend this company to anyone! Great guys.

Awesome experience with MMA Warehouse! Great selection, quality gear, and fast shipping

I recently ordered two sets of Fairtex gloves and a gi from MMA Warehouse, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The gloves are exactly what I expected from Fairtex—high quality, comfortable, and built to last. The gi was a standout as well: absolutely true to size, fit perfectly, and the quality is exceptional. You can feel the durability and craftsmanship the moment you put it on. Shipping was fast, everything was well-packaged, and the service was smooth and professional. MMA Warehouse has definitely earned a repeat customer!
