MISSYEMPIRE Arvostelua

i loved these items i’ve never ordered of here before as i was worried it the sizes would fit me as i’m usually a size 4 however when they came i loved them they fit nicely and the packaging was perfect and so was the delivery service i would 100% order from here again.

Items are always 5* quality and the material the leggings I order missy sport are around £20 and have lasted 2/3 years same as the jumpsuits well worth the money

Never had such express delivery before my parcel was literally delivered within 24 hours and I chose standard which was shocking !

Super fast delivery and lovely styles! I always shop on Missy Empire

I received the wrong item

Payed £6 for next day delivery on Monday didn’t come till Thursday and even then the delivery driver didn’t deliver the parcel even when I was in so received the parcel on Friday by which that point was too late and didn’t need it anymore

Fast delivery

Would never order from Missy Empire again.

Ordered and item and paid for next day delivery, the order then took TWO WEEKS to arrive. I returned as it didn’t come in time for the event I ordered it for and despite having confirmation the delivery charge would also be refunded, when they made the refund I was still charged for this non existent next day service. Also, being charged £2.99 on top of that for the return admin fee when the only reason I returned was due to Missy Empires failure seems ridiculous to me.

Exceptionally poor customer service.

2-4 day shipping chosen. Estimated arrival, two days ago. DHL tracking just goes dark.

I ordered contacts for a Halloween party. I paid extra for shipping, so they would definitely get here in time. Came three days after the party. My recommendation would be if you say you're going to ship an item sooner and have the customer pay for this extra shipping. Then they should probably receive it in a timely fashion not mailed late.

Ordered a grey dress a week before an event and they sent me a red top. When I asked for the dress to be urgently sent to me, they refused. I returned the top and got no refund until I chased it. Then they refunded me half the amount!!! Will NEVER use again.

Easy app to use, delivery came quick, easy returns can never fault MISSYEMPIRE

so easy to shop

Loves the dress I received it amazing quality and I will be wearing it for my 21st birthday. I ordered it in 2 sizes and it was simple and easy to return the dress I was even able to get it picked up as Missy Empire use Royal Mail as their returns courier!

The quality of the producers are great and the shipping times were speedy. Prices were also low which was a bonus!

Delivery was speedy (ordered on standard and it arrived next day) The outfit was lovely and good quality

My issue was quickly sorted thanks to Zunaira, customer service was spot on! Thank you!

Some pieces were OK whilst I don't think others were worth the price paid....bit of a mixed bag

Lovely quality clothes and perfect fit!
